Thank you, Superior Plumbing and Heating. I've lived in the city since 2019, but I didn't need help with my furnace until just recently. No matter how hard I tried to start it, it kept going off.

Impeccable! Superior Plumbing did an excellent job for me. It was as easy as ABC to make an appointment, and they kept in touch with me about it until it happened. Their plumber did a great job with the work on my furnace at my house. Before he left, he did his best to make sure that everything worked well. Good!

Far from 'Superior'. We called to get a leaky shutoff value and an outside tap replaced at my son's home and they definitely cut corners. Our son called to say they had issues and we went to see the work and saw they used Sharkbites instead of soldering copper together which left the outside tap in a state that the entire tap twisted when you turned the handle of the tap. (In fact the tap could be spun freely around the pipe which made us worry about it popping off.) So to turn the handle you have to hold onto the tap so that it doesn't twist. The shutoff valve was Sharkbites too and does not feel secure when you try to turn off the value, so we're keeping the bucket under that. We sent pictures of the work to my brother-in-law that is a plumber (unfortunately he lives far away) and he said it was horrendous and he'd be embarrassed to do that something like that. We called to complain and they did come back and unfortunately only redid/soldered the outside tap, and the soldering is rather messy. So overall we don't feel like we got "superior plumbing" or value for our money.

This company is a disaster. I had a water damaged on the ceiling in my living room on the main floor from the bath upstairs. We called this company and supervisor came to do the estimate. When he came he cut the drywall on the wrong spot, so he had to cut it again. In the end I had two holes on my ceiling. He said he found the leak, explained everything to my husband, and set the price $992.00. He took a deposit in amount of $500.00, and said that on Monday guys will come to fix the issue at 10 am. On Monday two guys came, one of the guys had 1 arm broken in hypsium. I thought how it possible to do the job on the ceiling with 1 hand After they entered, without asking where is the problem, they headed to the kitchen and cut the kitchen drain. I was shocked and asked what they are doing they said that they are repairing the drain. I said but I dont have issues with the kitchen drain. I guess they had the wrong instructions from the office. So I said to them to fix the kitchen drain and leave my house. I didnt want them to touch the bathtub drain. We called the office and they said that they are keeping 25% of the total amount, I was very angry and said that Im paying just for inspection and thats it. The office said that they will return $400.00 When I called another plumber he came and laughed because there was no issue with the drain of the bathtub for with they wanted to charge me almost $1000.00. There was small issue with the water level plug on the side of my bathtub, which he fixed in 5 minutes and charged $150.00 for service call. I can say that superior plumbing and heating wanted to charge my household for the thing which wasnt a problem at all. It took me 4 days to return $400 back. Stay away from this company, very unprofessional.

Chris, from Superior Plumbing & Heating, was fast to respond, and his work was excellent. As of recently, my Navien boiler has been successfully heating water. Excellent in every way, a resounding yes from me!

The Rheem water heater in my home began buzzing and heating up significantly yesterday for no apparent reason. Today, I decided to contact a plumber from Superior Plumbing & Heating and turn it off. Half an hour later, the Juarez technician came and checked out the water heater. He made the necessary repairs and praised my prompt response. He warned that it may be harmful. You are a savior; I appreciate it.

This organization is very responsive to customer concern and if there is any issue they make it right.

Currently, there is no doubt that Superior Plumbing & Heating is the top service company available. In terms of service and product quality, I have no doubt they are unparalleled. Thank goodness I found you! You have my highest regard.

Thank you so much for everything. Absolutely fantastic work, all of you! Sincere appreciation for the mature approach you've taken to your job. Unless Derek came along, I would have just left my McLain boiler in the closet collecting dust. The water heater is working well now. Fantastic job!

The technician, Dave, performed an excellent job, and I couldn't be happier. Both of my Goodman heaters have quit making obnoxious sounds. At least I can finally get some shut-eye. As always, I appreciate your help, Superior Plumbing & Heating.
