    Home renovations

    I recently moved to Georgina, and Chase Renovations did my flooring, trim and wood railings. Chase took the time to respond to all of my questions, explained everything about the process and materials, and always consulted with me regarding budget. All of the workers came on time every day and were very efficient, working all day without stopping or wastage. They accommodated my design changes and helped me to stay on budget with cost-effective solutions. Chase also started the job exactly when promised and didn't stop until it was finished. I would highly recommend them!

    Fence and gate

    Very reliable, did the work on time, and was very professional to make sure that everything was perfect to his satisfaction Not just mine

    Gate creation and fence fix

    The company/team were very friendly, provided updates through out the whole project and confirmed anything before they proceed on with any details. They explained everything and If unsure they were able to find out the answer. The completed project looks great and the service/overall look of the project was excellent. Great company and everything was done in such a timely manner.

    Large deck

    Chase Contracting removed the floor and railings of our old deck and strengthened the substructure. They then built a beautiful new deck with meticulous attention to detail and workmanship at a very fair price. I recommend them highly.

    Fencing plus several deck footings!

    Chases and his team gave a detailed quote, were prompt in their delivery and met all expectations. They built a wood privacy fencing (see photo) on both sides of the property, plus they dug and poured 13 footings for a future hot tub deck. His team is professional and very communicative. Outstanding work!

    New deck with waterproofing

    Chase and his team torn down our old deck and built a beautiful new deck with Trex waterproofing system. They waterproofing was tricky but they spend the time to make sure is was well installed and the upper decking is beautiful. They guys were all very friendly, polite and professional. They cleaned up at the end of each day and Made sure we were happy with all the small details they did. The stairs are so sturdy. It was a big job we have a big deck and it is beautiful. We have a walk out and I love with the waterproofing I can now sit under it in the rain. And the girls can come out and play even if it is raining. It is well worth the extra cost. Thanks Chase and team we are very happy.

    Fence and small patio deck

    I wanted to extend my small townhouse patio and create a two tiered space to relax. Working with a small space and a few feet to expand the space Chase and his team helped me design a beautiful plan. Chase and his crew were meticulous in their work and consulted me in every step along the way. I am thrilled with my new space and look forward to enjoying it for years to come.

    Backyard Fence Replacement - Chase Contracting are Wizards !

    Great crew and amazing customer service from the 1st call initiated. Huge should out to Shannon who is always available to answer questions and amazing crew of worker. Lucas was ahead of schedule, led with example. I recommend this company 100%

    Amazing Deck! Fantastic crew!

    Chase and his crew were faced with many challenges from the very beginning of this deck project. They tackled each hurtle with professionalism. The deck is absolutely amazing and our favorite place to spend our evenings.
