Once they got started, work was fast and consistent. Communication lines were very clear and helped build trust for the services that they did. Post services work was reliable and prompt as well. I highly recommend them for work that needs to be done in a reasonable amount of time.

We contacted and got quotes from many companies and contractors. After meeting with Assured we felt much more comfortable as a family as Mike was very transparent in answering our questions as a family as a whole and Assured was the only company from which we interviewed that was willing to do the job with permit and pass all inspections. Although other quotes were cheaper we did not feel comfortable and once we found Assured we felt that they are the right company and have the team to execute this basement Reno. We are glad we chose them and happy to have our basement completed in 2024 for our family. Asma and family.

We hired Assured Basements to do our basement in Milton. We were extremely impressed with the professionalism that Mike had portrayed. Right off the bat he was able to give us lots of design ideas and put together a line item scope explaining what is going to be done. We then signed the contract and had two other meetings with the construction team in regards to details about the basements. Things like switches, outlets, feature walls, sauna setup, wet bar etc. Followed by that we visited the showroom and met the amazing designer Laura who was able to help us across the way further on our selections as well as Ryan. After contacting a bunch of contractors, we finally went with Assured Basements to renovate our basement. The main reason was the professionalism of their team and the value provided w.r..t. the pricing. Customer service, designing, cleanliness, the whole process was top notch. Great decision, pretty satisfied with the result.

We needed our basement done and interviewed many different basement renovation companies. While we came acrosss Assured Basements through and instagram ad we immediately liked Mike and their approach. After Signing with them they conducted a thorough design meeting and inspection. They also then called us to their design center in Toronto where we picked our finishes. They carry many different options for floors, tiles, vanities and custom cabinetry. We are very pleased with them and highly recommend their services if you are looking for professional basement finishing.
