I had a few of locksmiths on Jiffy and Homestars either stop responding to me or not able to install a lock on my glass door. Maple got the job done quickly and within budget.

Door from 1904 with original passage knob. Took 1.5 hours and intricate jon. Well done work and professional.

Abi came from Maple Pro and rather than tell me the window needed replacement, which two other vendors had told us, he spent time to actually figure out the problem and fix the window. This saved us hundreds of dollars. Dealing with Maple Pro was also easy and professional. From job quote, to scheduling a technician and getting the job done. We will certainly reach out to Maple Pro when it comes time to replace our windows.

Our wood frame window could not open very well- the hardware and handle required replacement. This team communicated clearly, followed up with pricing, visited to see the work and only suggested repairing what really needed it. They then called with a week to arrange the work time- they were efficient, polite and repaired the window- it is perfect now. I highly recommend this team for any work that they feel qualified for.

I was contacted after I posted my issue on Homestars. He asked for photos and I sent him a video of the issue my crank window was having while closing. He advised the issue was it needed a replacement track and crank and quoted me $280 and said he was ordering the parts. He came a week later with the parts and realized it was not just the track and crank but also the hinge. He had to get that part as well and come back again and said it would be an extra $80. He knew what he was doing and did the job quickly. It would have been better if he came and did a quote in person instead of based on a video but obviously wanted to save time. Overall it was a good experience.

Kudos to Abi. This was not a straightforward job. I had a smart lock for my sliding patio door that I originally though would be an easy swap out. Hahahahha, I was wrong. Abi came to my rescue. It ended up requiring a great deal of creativity and problem solving, and tenacity. There were moments when we both came close to losing faith. Then it was in! It worked! It still works! Abi cleaned up afterwards, was very careful and considerate throughout of our door and surrounding belongings. Highly recommend.
