    House Rewire and Panel Upgrade

    We worked with Kyle to rewire our entire home and upgrade our panel from a fuse box to a breaker panel. When getting quotes for the work, Kyle initially stood out by putting together an incredibly detailed quote with more attention to detail than anyone else we spoke to. Kyle clearly takes pride in his work and it showed early on. While doing the work, Kyle was a true professional. His work ethic and communication were top-notch. Rewiring a home initially felt like a daunting project, but Kyle made sure we were always well informed of progress and gave us options when our home threw twists that needed to be solved. Kyle was also accommodating when we wanted to make small tweaks and additions along the way. He also coordinated with Hydro and dealt with all of the necessary permits and scheduling. We were super pleased with the final result and won't hesitate to work with Kyle again.

    Basement Finishing

    We first hired Kyle to upgrade our electrical panel prior to starting our renovations. We were so happy with his work and his pricing, we hired him to do all the electrical in our new basement. He was very easy to work with and provided excellent suggestions for our project.

    Panel upgrade, electric car charger and light install

    Kyle is a fantastic electrician who provides a clear and detailed quote. He upgraded our electrical panel to 200 amp service and installed a Tesla car charger. He was fine tuning until late in the evening and everything was clean and tidy. His pricing is competitive and his customer service is exceptional. He doesn't upsell and explains everything in advance. We hired him again for a small job to change our exterior lights and security camera. Kyle provided the same level of care and service as the larger project.

    Electrical upgrade and installation of EV charger

    I was very pleased with the work that Kyle did, from the first visit during which he gave me his estimate to the final one to finish attaching some clips. He ran wiring across the inside of the house to instal an EV charger in my garage and upgraded my electrical service to 200 amps with a new fuse box. Everything was cleaned when he left. A very efficient and contentious worker, I highly recommend him.

    1913 home rewire and breaker panel installation

    Kyle from KV Bear did great work rewiring our 1913 home and upgrading our fuse box to a breaker panel. Kyle is straight forward and transparent about the extent of work. Throughout the work he maintained communication and kept us informed daily of the work completed. For our home, he was able to work through and present us with options when unexpected issues came up (our home had many quirks!!). Thank you Kyle for the great work!

    Light replacement, bathroom fan, dimmer switches, diagnostics

    We had a few issues with LED lights flickering badly in our home and also had concerns about partial aluminum wiring. Kyle came by to run some diagnostics and to troubleshoot the issue. He spent a good amount of time at our place running down where aluminum wiring may have been routed, and doing some inspections on lights and switches. During this, he fixed a couple of issues as he saw them as well. We immediately got peace of mind once we found out that the affected areas seemed to be all good. We then went on to get some other work done. On the second visit, we replaced 4 LED lights, one bathroom fan, and installed a couple dimmer switches. We couldn't be happier with Kyle's service - he's friendly, explains things as he goes, and gives good practical advice along the way. Will definitely reach out again for some additional work in the future.

    200 Amp Panel Upgrade

    Kyle did a great job and did it quickly. He coordinated the hydro disconnect as well, making everything super easy for us. Will definitely have him back when we finish the basement.

    Good honest service

    Very honest and upfront method of doing business which I immensely appreciate. No rushing tactics, no scare tactics or none of that nonsense you have to face through many contractors or even companies out there. The estimation was given after a very thorough review and the work was done within the estimates - no last-minute surprises. I was clearly explained of my options and possible outcomes before receiving the estimates. The work began and concluded in the promised amount of time and date. Even received a certificate of installation after going through the right hoops and securing the permits (none of which I had to get involved in, and was covered in the quoted price). I now know for sure who I should be reaching out for all future requirements related to electrical work!

    Electrical panel, whole home surge protector, move kitchen plug

    Highly recommended. Kyle was personable, timely, efficientand reassuring. Alerted us to a safety hazard and resolved it. Helped arrange and walked us through hydro communications for power cutoff and re-connection to be able to install the new panel.

    Light fixtures and dimmer switches installed

    Kyle was great - provided an estimate, no surprises - the light fixtures and dimmers switches installed with no issue. I recommend Kyle highly - very personable and professional.
