Louis turned out to be great. Prompt, professional and not super expensive. He was able to fix my dryer in one visit and great with the family pets!

My dryer was blowing out cold air, it was in need of repair. My neighbour recommended Louis at Godar Appliance Repair and I am so glad she did! Booking an appointment was easy, they gave me a 2 hour window in advance. The evening before, they let me know they would be there within the 2 hour window as well as letting me know how many other people they were visiting before me, which gave me a chance to organize my day. When Louis arrived he was very friendly and courteous. While he was working on the dryer he gave me some helpful tips on taking care of my machine. He fully explained what the problem was and what he was going to do to fix it. In our conversation, I also asked him about other appliances and he was very knowledgeable on those as well. Upon completion, he cleaned up behind himself as well as let me know some other things I should be doing to take care of my dryer, like cleaning the dryer vent. He was also able to suggest a company to call for that service. I would not hesitate to call Godor Appliance Repair again and will enthusiastically recommend them to friends and family! 5 Star Review!!

Louis came over to check out our washing machine that has not been spinning properly. He advised me that repairing the machine (2008 Samsung) would be the same price as purchasing a new machine. He gave me some information on recommended appliances (LG) and detergent (use pods instead of liquid). He was very professional and friendly.

Louis was very quick to respond and very polite and courteous. He explained what was needed to be done and why. Did not perform any unnecessary repairs - we had a concern about the washer machine and he explained what we could do about it. He cleaned up after himself - very tidy and good customer support - explained what kind of warranty we have on the repair. Highly recommend him!

I contacted Louis with the issues i was having and he came on time with the parts that were required for the repairs that needed to be done. He tested the Jenn Air and replaced the right front dual burner switch. He performed numerous other diagnostics and determined that the other issues were intermittent and did not require a repair at this time as everything was in good working order. I have had Louis come and repair my Jenn Air and my LG Washer and Dryer previously as well. He is professional, punctual, reliable and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any repairs!!! We will have him as our "go to" repair person at our new home that we are moving to as well. Thanks Louis for all you have done for us!

Louis was so extremely knowledgeable and thorough with the the repair. Louis explained the costs upfront. It was a older model of fridge and we thought our only option would be to replace it. Louis saved us a fortune and our fridge is as good as new. Louis is helpful. Friendly and reliable. I would highly recommend him. Also he did not mind our two big dogs so that was a huge bonus. Great all around service from start to finish.

We were having issues with our oven, so I gave Louis a call. He was quick to set up an appointment, arrived on time, and provided great customer service. After explaining our oven situation, he gave us a rundown on what he thought the problem was and got to work. 10 minutes later my oven was working perfectly. I highly recommend Louise and his all around great service!

I called Louis who recommended we order a part for our fridge as the ice maker wasn’t working. Although the part took some time to come Louis kept us in the loop with what was going on etc.. as soon as it arrived Louis came over and fitted it. We were very satisfied with his service. Louis is an awesome friendly guy always trying to get you the best deal he can.
