Great experience. I would recommend this company to anyone! 5 stars!!! Professional, explained the issue, solution & timelines. Cleaned up when he was done & my dryer is working perfectly now! I also didn’t have to wait a week like I’ve had to with other companies I’ve used in the past.

We call simplypro to fix our 12 years Kenmore fridge. Zurik the technician took the time to figure why its not cooling properly. Zurich explains us what was wrong and manage to fix it on the spot... Our fridge is now working like new again. The technician give us tips on how to maintain the fridge and also check our dryer. Very happy with the service and definitely will recommend simplypro for others

My dryer was making a loud, grinding noise. Zorik came over right away, quickly found and repaired the problem. He was on-time, superbly professional, friendly. His work was clean and thorough. Zorik explained what the cause was, what needed to be repaired, and then fixed the problem. On top of that, he took the time to inspect the rest of the dryer and pointed out, some potential future issues that I could prevent now with my own regular maintenance. I would highly recommend Zorik and will definitely be calling him with any of my future appliance repair issues.

My dryer stopped heating and also made some noise Zorik arrived very fast and repaired my dryer at very short time with reasonable price.
