We had a fantastic experience working with Haus Group on the renovation of our century-old home. Mark, the project manager, and his team delivered exceptional results from start to finish. They completely upgraded the house, removing outdated knob-and-tube wiring and old insulation, replacing the original cast iron plumbing, and transforming the entire space. One of the biggest highlights was the removal of a load-bearing wall, which allowed for a beautiful open-concept kitchen that completely changed how we use our home. In addition to the kitchen, they renovated our bathrooms, basement, flooring, and more — every detail was handled with care and precision. We were on a very tight schedule, and Mark was instrumental in keeping everything on track. He guided us through planning, design, and execution, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. After initial consultations and reviews of scope of work, we hired Mark for our basement renovation. He was professional, courteous, and spoke to our needs even though we were sometimes unsure of the direction. We are not designers, but Mark spent the time to understand our vision and was always helpful with concepts and ideas...like an accent wall. As with any renovation, there were some unforseen issues. Mark was quick to take responsibility, accountability, and offered various solutions. After decisions were made, he effectively executed the plans to move forward and maintain the momentum of the project. We are very happy with the results! Our expectations were exceeded and are looking forward to working with Mark and his team for our main floor renovation.

I would highly recommend the Haus Group for any renovation. Mark and this team did a beautiful job on our home. The renovation on the main floor, consisted of new flooring, trim, removing support wall between the kitchen and family room, new kitchen cabinets, counters, island, lighting and upgraded the powder room. Mark is easy to talk to, very approachable and responds to any questions or concerns you may have in a timely manner. This is the first time we have gone through a Reno of this size, so we would like to thank Mark and his team for walking us through the process from start to finish.

After some water damage ruined our old engineered hardwood floors, we hired Mark and his team after interviewing several contractors. We chose Mark because he was the most thorough, and talked us through what we could expect from start to finish in our condo renovation (Mark and his team redid our floors, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and den) and payment plan. We are so happy with the job he did and his calm and reassuring presence throughout the process. This is also considering our condo is located downtown Toronto and this is not the easiest location to work in. Mark was very communicative throughout the process and even set up a Whatsapp group with us to facilitate design planning. His cabinet guy, electrician, tile guy, and caulking guy were all extremely skilled and went above and beyond. We were particularly impressed with the fact that Mark made an effort to address some small design changes we asked for at the end of the renovation process. Thank you Mark!
