Mark is a patient, pleasant, and very responsive PM. We trusted him with our reno project and we're glad we did. We appreciated the good vibes he and his team consistently brought. Everyone was professional and skilled at their trade. He ensured we were happy with the final product by going above and beyond what we initially agreed. Our project involved a very old kitchen that needed to be completely remodeled and a divisive wall between the kitchen and the living room that had to be removed. From the moment we met Mark, we knew that we wanted to work with him. He listened to all our ideas and gave us the confidence we were looking for. He was very clear in the way he communicated and thoroughly explained the kind of work that had to be done along with the challenges we could have faced having no knowledge of what structure was hiding in that divisive wall. My bathroom was more than 30 years old, had mold and tiles falling off the wall. Mark and his team didnt bat an eye, they came in and efficiently and professionally replaced everything and gave me a fantastic new bathroom. We had a condo reno to do. Because it wasn't considered such a "big" job, i.e. no kitchen, a lot of companies didn't want to take on the job or gave us insane quotes. Mark did not. He listened to us, went over the scope of work with us numerous times, worked with us when things came up, and even stepped up to help out when all the little add ons were coming up to our moving date. Plus, he befriended the concierge. We sound proofed walls, replaced parquet flooring, painted, hooked up some new appliances. We have already recommended Haus to people who have asked for a great contractor. We're looking forward to tackling the kitchen with them down the road.

I bought the wrong type of vinyl from Homedepot, they found out and give me a store with good quality and better price than Homedepot. The project was well managed and completed nicely with correct material.
