    I appreciated the swift and responsive communication with Edgar from EAS. We settled on a service time window (it was prompt) and communication with the technician Jacob was also responsive. Jacob was very accomodating and understanding about our challenging parking situation and also a very awkward access to the stove with minimal working space. He did a thorough job and diagnosed the issue. He was able to source the part (it's an off-brand stove) and arranged for a quick completion of the job. Both Jacob and Edgar were professional, friendly, and efficient. I will definitely call EAS for our next appliance repair...may that be in the distant future! Thank you both.

    Extremely fast response. Was able to show up the next day. Found the problem with the refrigerator fast and fixed it on the spot. They were also able to fix a small issue with our microwave. The technician was friendly. Thanks again.

    My clothes dryer was screeching. Edgar quickly diagnosed the problem (rusty rear bearings, as expected) and came prepared with the replacement part (didn't need a second visit). Cost was exactly as quoted. On time, on budget. Well done.

    Excellent comms from beginning to end. I was in need of an urgent dishwasher repair after my tenant reported that the dishwasher was leaking...it turned out to only be a dirty gasket that needed cleaning which was preventing a seal, but I'm really confident in this way this was handled and would not hesitate to call Edgar again. Thanks so much.
