    I was initially not happy with the quote I was provided. Edgar called me instantly and we spoke on the phone. He was extremely professional and after debating for a while, we realized there was a big miscommunication with the initial quote he had provided me. In light of this I had a positive experience and would hire him again.

    Edgar is extremely professional and efficient. Super friendly too. Fixed my Bosch laundry machine very quickly. Would highly recommend him and his team of technicians.

    Edgar was professional and knowledgeable. He identified the issue with our water filter and came prepared with a replacement part. He also assisted us after the fact, via chat and text, to troubleshoot an issue with our ice maker that may or may not have been been related to the water filter, at no additional charge. We were able to resolve it without another service call. We were very happy with his service and he will be our first call for any future appliance repair.

    Just hired EAS to fix my washer and service my dryer and they were absolutely lovely to deal with. Edgar was extremely kind, thorough, informative, explained everything clearly and succinctly and he did an amazing job! I highly recommend and I would absolutely hire him again.
