NDS did a fabulous job from start to finish; from when they first introduced their service at my front door to very knowledeable assessor who walked me through the process thoroughly and answered all my questions patiently and kindly, right to the two efficient technicians who did the final spraying of insulation. What a professional efficient polite staff they all are. They even called to tell me when they were going to be a bit late, probably because they were doing a really prpoer job for the previous client too. They cleaned up so well after their work too. I will highly recommend them.

I requested a quote online and they got back to me immediately with the estimate and a breakdown of the entire process. Martha explained the pre/post audit process for the rebate and explained exactly what work would be done. They scheduled the audit and date for the attic work right away. Two NDS technicians arrived on time and explained what they would be doing. Once done, they gave us the option to check the work ourselves or watch via a video and sent us copies of the pictures and video. They cleaned up leaving NO MESS. I paid exactly what was quoted and it took less than 4 hours.

Respectfully, clean and timely. These guys know how to get the job completed from start to finish.

Following up on a doorstep advertisement the estimator arrived the next day and went through all the details of the process to bring our attic insulation up to current standards. We next had an appointment with an independent assessor who explained all the government rebates. On the day of the installation the technicians arrived on time, the work went smoothly, with pictures sent to us to see what had been done, and nice cleanup. The whole process was seamless, everyone involved was very pleasant and answered all inquiries. Highly recommend the company.

Great work at a great price - friendly team and noticed the temperature difference instantly

They did a clean job. The installers were very professional and did a great job. However, please be aware that what they say on how much rebate you'll get back may be smaller amount than told. I went through the inspector they told me to go through. I double checked with the inspector regarding the rebate amount (the sales person told me how much I would be getting back) when they came and completed the initial inspection. However, when I got the rebate, I was short $500 from what they had told me I would get back. I contacted the person who sold me their services but nothing was done to compensate their promise. The inspector later contacted me asking if he had written the new amount at the back but nothing was written. He just hung up. Just be aware.
