NDS upgraded our attic insulation to current building code (20"+ of blown in cellulose insulation). The job was promptly quoted, booked, and completed, including organizing for the 3rd party energy audit required to qualify for government rebates. Our only quibble is that the sales rep did not have accurate information on the value of government rebates available through our natural gas provider (information we easily checked for ourselves). Otherwise we had all the information we needed to assess whether this job made $ sense for us.

The crew arrived on time. They took the time to explain the process and did an outstanding job. They also cleaned up after the job was completed. Amazing service at a reasonable price.

My house is more than 40 years old and there was ice dam on the roof last winter, which means issues with the attic insulation. Checked the temperature. Upstairs was 2-3 degrees hotter than main floor. So I just started checking online for the vendors. I was sceptic when Saadi came knocking on my door for their services. But I needed insulation so I let Luca come in and went over the details. I asked for reference since he said they were doing other works in the community. He gave me 3 addresses, and I gave them a go after checking them onsite. Work was done in a day. Currently the difference in temperature is less than 1 degree now. Satisfied.

NDS Insulation was recommended to me by a family member who had recently used them and I chose them to top up my very out of date attic insulation (from when the house was built in 1979) to the current standard over R60 and Im very happy with every aspect of the job done. From the fast call back of my initial inquiry, through the quotation and scheduling by Luca and final completion of the job, everyone I dealt with consistently demonstrated both excellent customer service and quality workmanship. The 2 installers where exceptional - explained and answered any questions, prepared the house with drop cloths and plastic barriers from the attic hatch, made sure I saw the finished job and cleaned up thoroughly upon completion. The digital billing process was also fast and efficient with a quick invoice e-mailed. I wouldnt hesitate in highly recommending NDS Insulation.

Cellulose insulation was blown into the attic of my house to a level of 18 inches (raised from the existing 8 inches) raising the energy conservation over R-60. This is is adherence to the Home Energy Conservation Program by Enbridge. This service, which included consultation (what was to be done and why) and the actual work, installation (blowing in the insulation) was excellent. The salesperson clearly and thoroughly explained the to the Home Energy Conservation Program by Enbridge and the requirement to obtain the rebate and what was to be done. The installers were efficient, professional and courteous, and cleaned up thoroughly following the completion of the work. The only remaining item(s) is a following inspection from the energy audit company and to submit the application for the rebate. I have rated this company at 4 stars only because the "job" is not yet completed until I receive the rebate from Enbridge. When the rebate is received, I can say this is a 5 star company!
