Cellulose insulation was blown into the attic of my house to a level of 18 inches (raised from the existing 8 inches) raising the energy conservation over R-60. This is is adherence to the Home Energy Conservation Program by Enbridge. This service, which included consultation (what was to be done and why) and the actual work, installation (blowing in the insulation) was excellent. The salesperson clearly and thoroughly explained the to the Home Energy Conservation Program by Enbridge and the requirement to obtain the rebate and what was to be done. The installers were efficient, professional and courteous, and cleaned up thoroughly following the completion of the work. The only remaining item(s) is a following inspection from the energy audit company and to submit the application for the rebate. I have rated this company at 4 stars only because the "job" is not yet completed until I receive the rebate from Enbridge. When the rebate is received, I can say this is a 5 star company!

Overall from start to finish, all dealings were done in a professional and efficient manner. Work appears to be done well, meets all expectations. Timeline from quote to completed worked was beyond expectations.

Their sales rep was canvassing in our area and we spoke with him on a Friday. The next day the estimator came and gave us a price on the job. I was thinking of getting this done since we felt that our second storey was always too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. The price was reasonable so we decided to get it done. The auditor came on Monday morning and gave us the details on the government rebate program and then a half hour later the installers came to do the job. In all in less than 72 hours our attic was brought up to the current standard of R60. The installers were very polite and did a great job of keeping the dust from the cellulose contained. They cleaned up and vacuumed after the job was finished. Overall we were very pleased with the service and work done in a timely fashion.

Im usually pretty sceptical of any door to door sales. These guys were great. I knew my home needed more attic insulation already but its even better to see it. They take a video up in your attic while taking measurements to show you. Then video again when they are done. The install crew was polite, friendly and worked their butts off up in an attic on a 30 degree day. They did an awesome clean up when they were done. Great job. Could feel the difference upstairs almost immediately.

NDS Insulation did great work and has amazing customer service. Right from the individual who came to our door, the sales person and the workers we had a great experience. What I particularly appreciated is the immediate connection with an energy audit company who completed the process and applied for the rebate. Following an energy audit, we used NDS to upgrade our attic insulation to R60+. The firm was very easy to deal with and able to complete the upgrade within a one week period. The technicians that came to our home were very personable and took great care when setting-up and removing the equipment. The crew arrived within the specified timeline and completed the work in a timely fashion. They offered a visual inspection as well as provided us with a short video of the attic once the work was completed. Would recommend NDS for any one wanting to access home energy credits.
