The NDS crew arrived on gime and were helpful in helping to determine the best location for an additional access port to side split attic area ( the original had been covered in previous owners remodel . The crew work neatly and were done ahead of the time projected by sales . Did a thorough cleanup and vacuumed the entire areas the worked in. We very pleased with the whole process from solicitation to sales to completion of insulating.

Sales person came to door. Was very informative, not aggressive. She inspired confidence in the work. Installers were very polite, explained work, provided photos & cleaned up once complete.

Very responsive by phone and email, showed up on time (in a snow storm). The two people were very kind, hard working, and dependable. They took extra care to keep the house clean and ensure our cat and kids were not being inconvenienced (or escaping out the front door even if they could get past the snow banks). Did a great job sealing all our exterior wall cracks, air leaks, and electrical outlets. The attic insulation was much quieter than expected and created almost no mess at all. Our house last night was noticebly warmer so it was instant results. Really great team and company that I couldn't recommend highly enough!

I usually do not hire anyone that canvasses door to door so I checked online reviews thoroughly before calling them back. I have to say everyone I dealt with was a pleasure. They were all young, bright, respectful and they were very mindful about keeping my house clean during the entire job. I'm very satisfied with their work.

We were extremely happy with all phases of this service. The initial visit by the assessor was very well received. The as he explained all phases of the project in detail. On the insulation day, the crew went over their procedures of what they would be doing. They were very diligent about protecting our home from any dust by laying out canvases and vacuuming the floors after the job was completed. The installers were very courteous and I would definitely recommend them to anyone requiring this service.

Normally, we dont answer the door for sales, but Im glad we did. We had our attic insulation topped up. The guys were very professional and thorough. They cleaned up great when it was all done.
