The NDS Sales rep and Technicians were very efficient and professional. The entire process was hassle-free and greatly appreciated.

Very responsive by phone and email, showed up on time (in a snow storm). The two people were very kind, hard working, and dependable. They took extra care to keep the house clean and ensure our cat and kids were not being inconvenienced (or escaping out the front door even if they could get past the snow banks). Did a great job sealing all our exterior wall cracks, air leaks, and electrical outlets. The attic insulation was much quieter than expected and created almost no mess at all. Our house last night was noticebly warmer so it was instant results. Really great team and company that I couldn't recommend highly enough!

I usually do not hire anyone that canvasses door to door so I checked online reviews thoroughly before calling them back. I have to say everyone I dealt with was a pleasure. They were all young, bright, respectful and they were very mindful about keeping my house clean during the entire job. I'm very satisfied with their work.

We were extremely happy with all phases of this service. The initial visit by the assessor was very well received. The as he explained all phases of the project in detail. On the insulation day, the crew went over their procedures of what they would be doing. They were very diligent about protecting our home from any dust by laying out canvases and vacuuming the floors after the job was completed. The installers were very courteous and I would definitely recommend them to anyone requiring this service.

Normally, we dont answer the door for sales, but Im glad we did. We had our attic insulation topped up. The guys were very professional and thorough. They cleaned up great when it was all done.

Our last insulation upgrade was about 15 years ago, and surprise, it gets chilly on the second level during winter. A neighbor recently had their attic insulation installed by NDS Insulation and recommended them to us. Their home is very similar to ours, same builder. The 2 gentlemen that were here to install the insulation were very informative as to the process, how long it would take and what all was involved. Had no problems answering all my questions. We consider these 2 fellows and the job they did as our best experience in having upgrades, repairs done to our 40 year old home. They said we would feel a difference overnight. Hard to believe, but, they were right. It's been quite more comfortable around here since this winter season began. We would have no problems in recommending NDS Insulation and their service folks based on our experience. They were careful and did a good cleanup job job at the end.
