We just had a new double door system installed by Leon and his team today. I wanted to come on here to share our experience.
From end to end Leon and his installers at Alda were excellent.
We did an extensive search for contractors, had a few in to provide pricing and suggestions for our doors. It wasn't a small investment but a substantial one so we wanted quality, security, and a fair price. Alda delivered all three and with patience. I think Leon even came in three times to talk with us and show us colours and work through things with us.
They were always responsive by phone, and prompt with every aspect. No lateness, no missed days, with them they arrived on time without any issue. I'm actually going to be seeking a window install quote too!
Their installers were professional, careful, and skilled. We have a challenging jagged brick and they painstakingly caulked perfect to air seal the door. Honestly the guys were just great, worked clean, quiet (I was wfh on my computer and they weren't a disturbance), even worked through some challenges after removing our past door.
