To their great installers of our Front Doors upto the finishing touches being completed last week was hassle free and professional. Its been a pleasure doing business with them. The staff from Alda windows and doors were professional and polite. They were considerate enough to put the new door in a timely manner because it was cold. I had a positive experience from the sales person to the installation. They arrived on time and installed my smart lock for me without extra charge. They cleaned up after themselves and I am grateful for that. I have in fact already given their contact to a friend and I plan to utilize the service of Alda windows and doors again. The sales person Leo has been helpful throughput the sale, answering my many questions and always called me back when call is missed. Leo came by to check the door and to also make sure that I was happy with the installation. Thank you Leo. You are a great asset to the company. I had a satisfactory experience with Leo and Vlad.

We are glad we had chosen Alda Windows to install our front door and window. We chose a fibreglass door and it was SOLID! We will definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

I was in the market for a new entry double door, and I called a lot of different places, Leon, the owner, was nice enough to come to my house very soon after I called him to look at what existing door I had and came up with a few different suggestions. He was very patient and went through various options from the type of door, fiberglass or steel or wood, to the color, to the lock, to the size. Ultimately, I had a landed on a configuration, but he had said to come into his showroom to get a better idea which I did. The initial configuration I had changed after seeing the doors in the showroom, but I feel it was for the better. The price was reasonable, compared to the quotes I got elsewhere. Leon was very accommodating as he mentioned it could take 2-3 months before the door is ready and I was going to be out of the country during the later part of that period. He worked around my schedule and was able to get his crew to install my door 3 days after I got back, which landed almost 2 months to the day after I signed the paperwork to when the door was installed. The installers came in and asked if I had any questions or comments for them and all I said was the existing doors had glass inserts I wanted to keep so they left me the doors. Second thing was that I had a smart doorbell camera which they reinstalled, they even moved the camera to a better angle and height. I am extremely happy with how things went and will use them again for any other door and window needs in the future.
