I have only good things to say about Kowalski Konstruction. I have had other renovations done in my house but would only use Alex and his team to do my next project. Alex responded to correspondence quickly and answered all questions with confidence. The team showed up on time and finished my job in the expected time frame. What I really appreciated was their ability to solve the little problems that popped up along the way. They were friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I would absolutely recommend Kowalski Construction to my friends.

We had a small project of moving a bathroom doorway to an adjacent wall in an already professionally finished space. Like any job, decisions would need to be made along the way which I was involved in. I was impressed by the care Alex and Kyle both took to explain and ensure every detail was done to perfection, never making shortcuts. I look for and appreciate high end quality and when I saw their website and reviewed the customer feedback I knew they were the right contractor. Still though with small jobs, you never know how much commitment and effort a contractor will put in. That was not the case here, the finished work was excellent in every detail down to how they left the site each day and at end of job. To find people that care about their work is a gem. Even my dog was a huge fan and couldnt get enough of the when they arrived. I have no hesitation in recommending Kowalski Konstruction and in fact will call again for a much larger project in a new home we are planning to build.

Alex and his guys were very professional and their workmanship was very well done. They had to rip up about 3000 square feet of flooring and replace with new flooring, and re-frame a couple of walls. They are very friendly, respectful and courteous. They are Masters at several types of work, so I highly recommend Kowalski Konstruction. There was just a small bit of a challenge, as the team was finishing up some other projects elsewhere, and there were also some weather issues, so there were just a couple of instances where they could not come as scheduled. All in all, they finished the job in good time and have a great work ethic.

I can not say enough good things about Kowalski Konstruction and the renovations they did for me! I got them to re-do my front deck and my main bathroom. They were very responsive, very professional and an amazing company to work with Would recommend to anyone for any renovations project!

Renovations can be very stressful so it was a relief to have Alex and his crew who were reliable, respectful and positive people. During the planning and project execution Alex provided some useful stylistic suggestions and he followed up after the job was done to make sure we were happy with the outcome. Alex takes pride and joy in his work. We are happy with the result as well.

We had a beautiful feature wall installed in our living room to house a TV, Sound Bar and Fireplace. The price was reasonable, the work was done in a timely manner and the individuals constructing and installing were extremely pleasant to deal with. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend Kowalski Konstruction to anyone!

This contractor finished a previous contractor’s concrete work in a timely and very professional manner. As it was very late in the season, this contractor will be returning in the spring to oversee any potential issues there may be due to the cold weather at the time of pouring. My husband and I hired him for other work- electrical, as well as to repair the window sill of a decorator window on a very high pitched roof. From the time of initial contact, estimate to the completion of the job, The company's owner engaged in open and transparent communication with us and gained our trust. My husband and I would highly recommend this company.
