    Repair Pre-Fab Fireplace Unit
    Alex was super. He called as he said he would, diagnosed and did the repair, was clean, explained it all, set me up with a plan for the future and is a very nice person.

    Wonderful

    Had a perfectly wonderful job on my gas fireplace. The technician Alex is a perfectionist. Put in a brand new remote control system and was worth every penny. Highly recommended. Thanks from Janis

    service and repair 20 yr. old gas fireplace

    Punctual, tidy and knowledgeable. Cleaning and inspection was performed thoroughly and included painting of faded components. Looks like new. Problem maintaining flame diagnosed as worn out pilot assembly and replaced. Definitely will use them again.

    Fireplace repair and maintenance

    Alex was an utmost professional, took his time to explain the work that was needed and why. He took great care in delivering top service and the end result was an old broken gas fireplace looking and operating like new.

    Repair Brick or Stone Fireplace
    Alex was punctual, professional and helped me understand what needed to be done to fix the cracks in my pre-fabricated fireplace. Definitely recommend him.

    Fireplace cleaning and smell investigation

    Weve had a terrible smell emitting from our gas fireplace for months. We had consulted HVAC companies, duct cleaning companies, Animal Removal Services, and nobody was willing to commit to helping. The conversations seemed to always end with them saying, we dont want to waste your time and money by sending out a technician. They didnt want to send someone out because the smell was inconsistent. To make a long story short, Alex from Air Care Home Services did came out to investigate and definitively diagnosed the issue of a small rodent that had died behind the fireplace box. Then Alex did an amazing job of resolving the issue. I honestly cant believe this smell is finally gone. And it feels like we have a brand new fireplace. I highly recommend this company. Alex was really really good.

    Gas fireplace service call

    Alex was very helpful and answered all our questions relating to the problem we had with the receiver on our gas fireplace. Alex did a thorough cleaning and installed the new parts efficiently and effectively. We would definitely call them and refer them to friends.

    Fireplace maintenance

    The technician did a wonderful job and was very knowledgeable about fireplaces! Our fireplace looks great.
