    Chimney clean, inspection and high heat sealant

    Alex was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to answer my questions and address any concerns I had. The work was tidy and done well.

    Gas Fireplace Service

    Alex replaced my starter and cleaned my fireplace. He was friendly, prompt and the result is fantastic.

    Fireplace Repair

    Our service technician (Alex) arrived on time and even called before hand to advise us how far away he was. When he arrived, he followed all Covid-19 protocol and wore protectors on his boots so as not to make a mess from the snow outside. He was polite, friendly, and very informative, explaining along the way what he was doing. He even placed a drop cloth down to protect my hardwood floor as he worked. Once he diagnosed and fixed the problem, he took the time to clean up after himself, putting everything back in place. I would definitely recommend this company and request Alex again.

    Chimney cleaning and assesment

    We are new homeowners. Prior to using our fireplace we wanted to confirm it was OK. Alex came to check and clean our chimney. He did it cleanly and quickly. Very happy with the service.

    Chimney sweeping and cleaning

    Alex did an amazing work for my wood fireplace. Cleaned it and explained very clearly and thoroughly how to use it and what types of fuels we should use. Very happy with the service!

    Last-minute Chimney Cleaning and Inspection

    The technician was able to fit me in at the last minute (due to a cancellation) during a busy time. He was courteous and knowledgeable, and completed the job quickly with no mess at all. I would definitely recommend.

    Complete fireplace restore and chimney by inspection/ clean

    Alex did an amazing job! He explained the process and work was completed quickly and cleanup was perfect. We would definitely call him again and will recommend him to all of our friends.
