Our move with Let's Get Moving started with too small a truck, which was acknowledged by the moving staff immediately and only addressed when the truck was 90% full. We were then given a forced choice to take two trips or try to find an alternative for moving some of our largest furniture items. Our move took twice as long as anticipated. When attempting to address this issue and damage to our belongings with the company, we have experienced poor service, blaming and argumentative language, refusal to negotiate, and paltry offers of compensation. The company has further asked for a nondisclosure about our experience if they are to compensate us at all. Be aware that this company actively suppresses negative reviews and they are likely to find ways to blame you and avoid taking any responsibility for problems that arise with the move.

I booked (with great ease over the phone/email) a move for a 2bd/2bth + storage to a new location within the lower mainland. The phone assistance was very helpful, Steele was helpful in tips for saving time, getting prepared and even saving on costs. The movers (2 movers) were quick, professional and very careful with all our items. It was a positive experience for what is so often a stressful situation. I would book them again.

Our true experience with this moving company was horrible. Our move was on 28th of June. We had total of 50 boxes and 1 bed, 1 upright hybrid piano, 1 gym equipment and a crib. Despite the small load, it took them 10 hours to complete the move. Because we had a piano, we asked for a piano specialist. But despite them calling themselves as piano specialists, they broke the pianos pedal and did insane amount of damage to our old and new place. Even the movers recognized all the damages and took photos of themselves but the costumer service that took place after was a nightmare. After the move, we were invoiced total of $2,677.09! $175 for the piano, $50 for gym equipment $2246.75 for 10h 45min of labour and $77.86 for processing fee. Despite the small load I believe this is unacceptable price. I also got myself and estimate to fix the damages for both places and it came out to be $22,954.05 due to hardwood floor damage/replacement! Even without including the hardwood floor replacement, the cost was well over $1000. We quickly contacted the customer service including photos and the invoice that we got charged. The reply we got back was that they can cover maximum of $400! We were enraged. We emailed them many times expressing the amount that they are willing to pay is almost insulting. But they only wanted to have a call with me to discuss further action. Our home insurance company told us to leave a paper trail to leave profs and calling them would do no good. After going back and forth with this terrible moving company, we decided to take action and leave our true experience on every review sites. Please do not use this terrible companys service. We thought we were paying the premium to get a superb service but its just not. Expensive, terrible service, terrible costumer service, slow movers, terrible attitude and they definitely do not have piano specialists there!
