    Gutters, Facia and Animal proofing

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Amir for a complete gutter, fascia, and animal-proofing service on my home, and I am beyond thrilled with the results! From start to finish, Amir displayed exceptional professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. First, Amir thoroughly inspected my home and provided a clear, concise explanation of what needed to be done. He patiently answered all of my questions and offered solutions that were both effective and cost-efficient. It was immediately evident that Amir takes great pride in his work, and his extensive knowledge put me at ease. When it came time for the installation, Amir and his team arrived on time and were incredibly efficient. They worked diligently and respectfully, ensuring that the job was done to the highest standard. The new gutters and fascia look fantastic and blend seamlessly with my homes exterior. But what truly sets Amir apart is the animal-proofing service he provided. We had been dealing with pesky critters finding their way into our attic, and Amirs solution has completely solved the problem! The quality of the workmanship is top-notch, and Im confident that the improvements Amir made will last for many years to come. He went above and beyond, even cleaning up thoroughly after the work was completed, leaving my property looking better than before. I cant recommend Amir highly enough. If youre looking for a contractor who is knowledgeable, reliable, and truly cares about delivering the best possible results, Amir is the one to call. Im incredibly grateful for his excellent service and will definitely be reaching out to him for any future needs!

    Installation of Evestrough and Downspouts

    I have known Amir (ARS Corporation) for the last 3 years. Amir is a very honest person and manages his jobs professionally. He will never take any advance for the job and request payment only after completion of the work. His workmanship is good, and he is a reliable person for after-sales support.

    Eaves troughs

    Amir responded quickly, communicated arrival time and resolved the issues fast. I was very grateful for his help and will not hesitate to call him again if needed.

    Install Gutter Covers and Accessories
    Needed gutters cleaned, kept overflowing. Also installed gutter guards. They were prompt, efficient, professional. Amir would not take down payment. Gave me quote. Did work, sent pix before during, and after job was done. He was friendly and communicated well. I am very pleased with the job.

    Roofing

    Our house was overdue for new shingles and when we got home from a trip, we noticed a leak in our bedroom ceiling. I had called a few roofers but after a couple of days no one had come to do an urgent repair and give us an estimate for the whole job. On Sunday morning, Mother's Day, I woke up early and went on Homestars seeking help. The first person to call was Amir. He came at dinnertime after a long day on another job with one of his crew members, did a patch and gave me an estimate for the whole job. His price was very competitive and we had him back a week later to re-do the house and garage roof. Neighbours marvelled at how efficient they were, and how spotless the clean-up job was. Our roof looks great. Amir dropped by 10 days later on a courtesy call to double-check everything was OK. He is the real deal, he believes in old-fashioned customer service. Highly recommended.

    Roof repair

    Amer and his assistant Ryan were fantastic. We had a leak in the roof. He came quickly, checked it out, took photos throughout. Didn't try to upsell. Did the repair the next day at a reasonable price (gave a seniors discount). Explained everything clearly and sent lots of photos. Great experience. Would definitely use them again, and highly recommend.

    New Roof

    My 97 year old dad needed the roof on his bungalow replaced. We wanted to make sure no one was going to try to take advantage of him so we asked for a quote from Amir to include a term that there would be no deposit and no monies paid until the work was completed. He agreed immediately. On the day of installation Amir sent pictures to me throughout the day so that I could see the condition of the boards, the membrane he was putting down, the extra vents that were installed etc. and the final completed roof. It was an excellent job. Amir was absolutely wonderful to deal with, very responsive to all my messages and great roof work. Im so glad we went with ARS. I would highly recommend ARS and Amir. The price above includes HST. Very good price.
