Rob was responsive, knowledge, professional, clean, reasonably priced. Two other plumbers that I had used previously either didn't want the job or said it had to be done more complicated. Rob offered a simple more cost efficient alternative and assured me that it could be done while others didn't even offer a solution. Rob's company met all his commitments and completed the work in a timely manner. They even arranged for an electrician to come and install a new ceiling fan. He was every bit the professional that Rob was. I had a bit of trepidation because mygtaplumber doesn't have a digital presence, other than Home Stars. I'm glad that I made the move!

QUICK response and work was done quickly. Had follow up on the phone and no call back was required.

Rob completed fixing an outside faucet and some complicated plumbing on the inside, while showing patience and great attitude to get the job done properly! I would recommend him for any future plumbing work!

Talked to a few different plumbing services for a simple repair, and was told the entire toilet had to be replaced. Quotes for the replacement were ridiculously expensive. Searched on HS for other contractors and came to find My GTA Plumber. They responded quickly and were able to schedule a visit to swap the toilet the same week. Upon arrival explained the original issue and Robert was able to repair the existing toilet instead of swapping with a new one. Saved hundreds of dollars with this and was able to return the unused new toilet. Great service, honest & efficient - would highly recommend. These guys are now my go-to for plumbing installs and repairs.

Rob and his team did a fantastic job gutting and renovating our two bathrooms in our condo (master bath and powder room). Everything was done to perfection and he even went above and beyond by helping us pick up our vanities / toilets and also helped us spray paint some of our old covers black so it matched our new finishings. After everyday, his team makes an excellent effort to clean up the area which is something we really appreciated. 100% would recommend Rob and his team.

Robert responded quickly to our contact and arrived with his mask on; we did not have to request that. He listened carefully to our description of what we had already tried. (Before coming, he had offered to let us buy the parts ourselves but we did not trust that we would get the correct sizes.) In the bathroom, our hot water tap over the sink was running continuously. In the kitchen, there was a pinhole leak in the faucet and another leak in the drainpipe below the sink, which we had been tolerating for some time, partly because our tap design is unusual and we could not find a replacement. Robert diagnosed the problems, phoned some suppliers, went and got the parts (phoned to say that one supplier was farther away -- ok with us), and finished the repairs. We were impressed with Robert's competence and friendly business-like manner.

Contacted G&A Plumbing as my basement backed up on a Sunday. They were able to come out that same day and resolve the problem. I appreciated they did not try to sell me on additional work. I felt the cost was reasonable. I appreiciated that they worked very cleanly. I would definitely recomend them for plumbing work.
