    Wifi switch outdoor gfci switch indoor switches pot lights

    Yama was great with his service was on time and explained what he was doing He had left the job a hour later there was a problem he return back to the job to fix the issue Thank Yama for a good experience Highly recommended

    Excellent workmanship, very efficient and thorough

    My husband and I wanted to support a local business when choosing to do potlights on our home in Georgina. I found Yama at LA Plus and reached out to him for a quote. He came quickly and was extremely professional, very detail-oriented and willing to work with our schedules. He came with his assistant and was able to install our potlights in 1 day when it was 40degrees celsius with the humidex! The potlights look amazing and our home's curb value has increased tremendously as a result. Yama has a very keen eye for symmetry and has accentuated our home without it being overkill. We are extremely happy with Yama's service and will use him again for any electrical needs. All of our neighbours have commented on how good the house looks and I will continue to recommend LA Plus to anyone in need. They are a great local business to support. If there were 11 stars, I would rate them with that! :) Thanks for the awesome job Yama!

    Rewire a three way switch, wire replacement

    Yama was very professional in explaining what had gone wrong in a home wiring job of a three way switch and outlet. He charged $350 for rewiring the outlet, and another $350 for replacing the wiring for the outlet with metal sheathed wiring. However, the length of the wire replacement was about fifteen feet, took less than ten minutes as the wall was already open, and probably $20 or less of his own materials. Since I am in a condo, he explained that regular wiring was not up to code. I am pleased with his work, but think he massively overcharged for the wire replacement. He was at my condo for less than an hour and charged over $700.

    Rewire for two crystal sconces, hang matching chandelier. Hang another fixture. Run new lines.

    Yama came on time. Brought all materials needed. Did great clean up afterwards. Great workmanship and very courteous. I would recommend him to anyone who need electrical work. He has and is a Master Electrician. Thank you Yama for a great job and a reasonable price. Cheers

    Bringing power out to backyard shed

    Yama was amazing. He brought power out to my new backyard shed and also power to a backyard tiki bar. He installed a sub-panel and all the required boxes for outlets, switches and lights. We was really great to work with. Very detailed, understood the job perfectly and quoted accurately. He's a great guys as well. Very patient, kind to work with (I acted as his helper for some of the cabling). Would highly recommend him and will use him for sure for any electrical needs I have.

    Electrical Work in a Condo

    Excellent work by Yama. For the pot lights he measured and spaced the pot lights accordingly. Even gave me feedback on placement. He also used a laser to make sure everything straight. He also helped install some light fixtures and a led mirror and an electrical outlet Good overall experience working with Yama

    Installing potlights and plug

    I highly recommend Yama for any electrical services. He installed 22 potlights and a plug beside the bathroom for me. From the beginning he communicated clearly and was very responsive when I was still shopping for quotes right through the entire process. His prices were very fair and he explained each component and walked me through what he was going to do. He provided his recommendations on potlight placements and switches, while remaining very flexible to my personal preferences. He also explained the risks in certain areas below washrooms and went with the safer approach. All in all, very friendly, prices were what he said they would be with no surprises, and reliable. Highly recommended. .
