Stair railing and safety bar installation
Michael and Ryan did a great job on the supply and installations of a Staircase handrail and shower safety bar. They are reliable, friendly, conscientious and checked in with us throughout the project to ensure our satisfaction. Michael quickly delivered a quote, following a site visit, that was on par with others we recieved. Would definitely hire them again.

Interior Paint and Patching job
Michael helped me paint a room and with some wall repairs. He was kind, did a great job, meticulous with his work, and cleaned up after himself. Would hire him again!

Laminate floors (x 2) and painting
Intro 1. As a small scale property management company across GTA, we are meeting complex situations: from owners with high demands and budget consciousness, to condominiums that have their own specific bylaws, ... to locations spread over a large area like GTA. Intro 2. I learned about My Home Renovation during the summer of 2023. Since then, Michael and his team have helped with two renovations: one in Markham (new floor installation and overall painting) and one in Mississauga (new floor installation). Work 1. In both renovation projects, My Home Renovation's work and help in navigating the condo requirements have been outstanding: 100% satisfied owners and 100% fulfillment of all condominium requests. Work 2. I am also thankful to My Home Renovation for the perfect communication and for the reliable estimates, work planning and invoicing. Recommendation. I am happy to recommend the team at My Home Renovation to anyone looking for renovations that can be described in _ALL_ terms as in the previous two sentences (Work 1 and Work 2).

Ensuite bathroom renovation
We were extremely happy with this company during the time of the renovation. They arrived on time every day and completed the entire project within the estimated time. They were also very neat and took care to cover the stairs and floors. And we love the finished project. I would highly recommend Michael and his team.
