Guillermo was thorough and meticulous in providing an estimate and walking us through the options. He was the only one who took the exact measurements of the patio vs just eyeballing the work area. I felt comfortable trusting his expertise. The team was also flexible around some of our scheduling issues and worked around uncertain weather conditions. The work was done in the exact timeframes as promised, and we are very happy with the final results. Excellent experience through-and-through; I will use Proper Finish again when the time comes to refinish the deck again. Thank you, Guillermo & team!

Great Job Guys. I was very impressed with the use of technology in communications with quotes and site visits for each of the processes. The end result was a 12 out of 10. I would not hesitate using Proper Finish in the future and I tell everyone who looks at my deck. Keep up the great work.

My deck and shed look great. There were weather issues to work around but I was kept informed of the changes due to the weather and everyone work hard to meet the timelines. They even worked in the rain to put away my furniture!! Very happy with the results!

The work was completed on time; communication was great. The crew took care when working in the backyard, kept it all tidy. Guillermo and the team were fantastic! From the outset he was competitively priced and took a gamble based on the passion they showed for the work they do. At points communication was a bit choppy, but that was easily overlooked by their work ethic and attention to detail. We are so happy with the work they've done and will definitely be calling them back to stain the front porch they built this year.
