Sasha assessed my needs and the installer did an excellent job of communicating the processes that he did with pictures. I was able to inspect the attic on completion and look forward to lowering my heating bills.

Sasha and her crew did an excellent job in identifying the problem areas that required attention. They did a very thorough job in mitigating all the issues and documented their work by taking pictures, before and after the mitigation was done. The attached photos highlight the fibreglass level before and after the top-up, for R50 code. They were extremely organized and clean and covered all the areas by installing drop-sheets etc and vacuumed clean.

Out of 4 quotes, Sasha was the only one who crawled into the attic to do the initial inspection for quoting, which I really appreciated/felt was thorough. She explained the process with understanding, took/sent pictures before/after, was punctual and completed the job as described. Crew cleaned up afterwards and were friendly. Price was right. Highly recommend.

From the time Sasha came to do the estimate, through to completion of the work, everything was first class. Sasha is very friendly, professional, highly competent, and provided us with her superior knowledge, expertise, photos of before and after, and left no questions unanswered. Sasha and her team (Alex and his partner) respected and treated our home as if it were their own, carefully covering everything and cleaning up afterwards. Prices are competitive as well, but we made our decision based on who we thought was the best company for the job, and we have no doubt that we made the right decision!

I found Comfort Home via Homestar. I got a few quotes for the same job. Sasha's quote is not the lowest, but she explained everything so well and my guts feeling told me she is the right person. The communication went very well and she along with her team did a wonderful job for attic insulation for my home. Sasha did all the air insulation and installed a roof vent prior to the attic insulation, and I am so amazed by the quality of the work. Highly recommend Comfort Home to any homeowner for the attic insulation work.

We are so happy with the services provided by Sasha and her team Alex. Quiet, reliable and clean - from the initial quote to the install we could of not asked for anything more. The cost was extremely fair and it never went up in price. The attention to detail was not missed, our celling fans, outer edge vents, attic hatch and insulation fill were all attended too. Sasha provided photos before and after, and made sure that the house was clean before leaving. It was like they where never here - except that now we can feel the difference in heat. Our attic is original to the 1980's and the level of insulation was uneven and far lower than today's standards. It was a big job to get it filled up and to code. Sasha by far had the most thorough initial inspection of our attic situation and picked out a lot of areas that needed to be sealed or repaired in order to optimize our heat retention. Really appreciated seeing the before and after photos when the project wrapped, and the team deserves special kudos for tackling the project on the hottest day of the year.
