Quoted just under $1200 + $0 .40 for weight over 5000 lbs to move a 2 bdrm main floor suite from Calgary Alta to Princeton BC . NOT TRUE...Sent us 2 invoices, one for $11,000, 2nd was $10,600 approx..different weights on invoices and the heaviest was $1500 approx and the lighter weight was over $4800. Different fuel charges.. we keep calling to depute this and now they're telling us that their going to dispose of our things. I am devastated as my mothers ashes are in their possession..all my other things are replaceable. Am going to a lawyer and fighting this and I intent on taking this company to court. I will post again after I see the lawyer...I think this company is not a real company ( word I want is banned ) they picked up on Jan 24/2023.. it is now the beginning of March .. in our new place but no furniture..no dishes..nothing of ours is here..

I made the mistake to get my delivery with this company. I had the worst service. I was scheduled for a move at 11AM and they got there at 6PM. When the two men took my stuff they required payment of $2,500 and no one had told me that I would need to pay this the night of and threatened to unpack all the stuff. I received my stuff months later with one box missing and four boxes completely bashed. No remediation from them. BUYERS BEWARE!

The Worst movers!!!. Hidden charges, bad customer service, too many untrue promises. This is more than a week after pick-up from surrey to edmonton and my items are yet to be delivered. I am not sure they have their own trucks. They said the truck broke down and they have no solution, so I do not know when my items will be delivered. This is an unfriendly company.

they picked up my stuff in Calgary, to deliver to Vancouver. They never answered calls/ emails until my delivery date passed. they said they had no idea where the drivers went, and would contact me once they were close. NEVER heard anything back.. it has been 2 weeks since hearing anything.. still no stuff. Police have been notified. STAY AWAY

They quoted me 825$ and didnt mention they would go by weight, plus other hidden fees most of which was bogus like packing fees when my stuff was already packed and wrapped. They kept my stuff hostage and said they wont leave until I pay them even though they had a card on file. They didnt have a machine either, asked me for interact. They said itll take 7-10 days it is now 14 days past and they wont pick up the phone and wont call me back despite numerous messages I left for them. The one time they picked up,they said they wont give me an estimate of arrival and that Ill know on the day and they dont have any way of reaching their drivers once they leave,like WHAT??

This is a horrible company that is very dishonest. The moving staff are hostile. They only quote the baseline amount without telling you they charge 15$ per stair (ANY STAIR). They unnecessarily started using their own boxes to condense smaller boxes then charge a fee for the box and packing. They also make up the scale tickets and refuse to provide proof, this gives them the ability to double your moving charge. Lastly, they broke a bunch of our stuff. STAY AWAY

Terrible communication, misled about timescale & price, & lots of furniture damage - do not use!!

My experience was great! They were very professional. Respectful of the house when they came in and out which was very important to me. Worked for hours without slowing down. My stuff was well protected and not damaged. I would highly recommend them.

I have used them two times. Both times they moved super heavy items with ease. Very professional company. Did a great job with my move. I was happy with the service. I would recommend them to everyone.
