I had two level 2 chargers with Group Power Management installed. My initial discussions with Smart Charge Canada (SCC) was to install these charges on my existing Dryer circuit with a manual switch where I can switch the load from one to the other. I wanted to do this because I did not want to install a new panel and a higher service capacity. SCC convinced me to ask my utility provider for a utilization report. Turns out I have sufficient capacity to install another dedicated 50A circuit just for my chargers. SCC came and completed my installation in one afternoon. Fast, efficient, friendly and great teamwork. Good job!

SCC installed an EV charger for me quickly and at a good price with no issues. ESA certtifcation was the following day. I would recommend them for EV charger instals.

I received a referral from my neighbour who and was in Contact with Ellie for an installation of an EV Charging station. The unit was supplied by myself and labour plus installation of electrical and certification by Smart Charge Canada. The overall experience was quick and friendly. The technicians showed up on time, very professional. Left the worksite clean of debris and wires were properly tucked away. Overall clean installation and very satisfied. The price for labour and supplied electrical equipment was very reasonable. It was the best price I sourced out and the job was done well.

Moe was extremely helpful and patient. He answered all of my questions (which were a lot), never rushed me, gave me time to think and compare quotes. I decided to go with Smart Charge Canada because Moe was the only one who explained everything clearly and did not sound fishy. There wasn't a long wait for them to schedule the work, and when they did come, they were very friendly, professional, and got the job done fairly quickly (installed Nema 14-50). ESA certification came soon afterwards.

The team from Smart Charge were great all around. Starting with the back office, answering my quote inquiry and scheduling the inspection, to the installers that showed up on time, installed our ChargePoint charger and cleaned up after themselves. And the price was right.

Contacted Smart Charge to install an EV charging station for a newly purchased vehicle. Ellie was great throughout the whole process. I didnt know much about it, and she recommended a charger, provided it, and was very responsive with the quote and full process. The team that did the work was excellent. Very neat, and cleaned up afterwards. When we had a minor issue, Ellie had a technician on site the next day to resolve it. Very satisfied and would recommend!
