We recently started seeing ants coming in around our kitchen back door and we couldn't find a solution on our own. We talked to the office and the lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. They send someone out within a couple of days and so far the ants have not come back. We will be sealing the holes by our door frame that they recommend to fill to prevent ants from coming back. We saw mice in our kitchen and pantry for a few weeks. We couldn't get rid of the problem ourselves so we called Ridall Pest Control. They came out the next day and the tech was very polite and friendly. He plugged holes and set up traps. We immediately saw a decrease in mice sightings. After a couple of additional visits, they solved the problem. We haven't seen a mice since.Answer from pro:

I contacted several pest control companies in the area to get quotes and compare options, and finally decided on Ridall. I'm glad I did, for they provided professional and effective service, as well as peace of mind, at market price. There are different treatment options in pest control. Technicians from Ridall explained to me how each works, which one would suit my situation, how to monitor and determine if it is effective. Some other companies offer only one type of treatment, which seemed to me an overkill and would cause more serious problem than the one it is supposed to solve, but they failed to address my concern. By contrast, Ridall provided peace of mind, because they explained things fully to their clients and enabled them to gain a measure of control over their otherwise very stressful situation.Answer from pro:

So glad this company was able to come in and finally end our endless rodent infestation issue. The technician was very knowledgeable and looked for things other technicians in the past had never throughly looked for. We are so grateful we finally have a rodent free home!
