    Safe and Reliable Services

    I've worked with Yves on countless projects. Very reliable, responsive and extremely professional. They can handle all types of projects from residential to large-scale commercial. For anyone looking for a consistent and reliable demolition and abatement contractor, I would highly recommend them any day!

    Remove Mold, Asbestos and Toxic Materials

    Yves and his work crew were extremely professional - explaining the work that they were doing, and carrying it out quickly, as well as cleaning the work site when done. I am very grateful and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

    Repair or Restore Water Damage

    Yves and his team were incredible to work with! They were so responsive and communicated with us throughout the process. They went above and beyond when checking for asbestos and fixing the water damage to our ceiling. The team did a fantastic job of keeping everything clean. We couldn't have asked for anything more from them, thank you so much!

    Entire asbestos basement demo

    Yves and his team came after we wanted to remodel our basement , samples from the lab said we had asbestos. So we called Safeway and they gave us a great price with amazing service and knowledge

    Entire Kitchen demolition

    Outstanding communication was able to get the job done in a reasonable time and cost. I believe Safeway demos is the best way to go if you are having any mold, asbestos or any demolition issues. The owner of the company yves was very informative and had such positive attitude and ambition, I would recommend him to anyone thats in need of their future homes or business. Overall 5/5 experience with Safeway demo would hire again.

    Moldy floor removal

    I had a leak in my basement which resulted in my floorboards becoming swollen and moldy. Yves gave me a reliable estimate over chat and email and was very reasonable and flexible in accommodating me. His team arrived on time and did a professional job of setting up containment, and even took extra time protecting my floors throughout the house to prevent damage when taking the debris outside. He took care to explain precautions I needed to take when the mold treatment spray started. Overall a great, professional job and I'm very happy

    Asbestos removal in vents

    Our realtor noticed asbestos in our floor vents. This was a surprise to us as it hadn't been revealed through a home inspection before we bought the property. We called Safeway Demo & Environmental Services to remove the asbestos from our vents. It was more work and time than the company had estimated, however they didn't charge beyond the quoted amount. They did a great job and completely cleaned up. Very professional and polite and explained the process to us. We were very happy with the work and will definitely recommend to friends.
