Ilir and his crew did a fantastic job replacing our asphalt shingle roof. He responded promptly with both quote (absolutely great value) and schedule. He and his crew were on time for the scheduled job and completed it as quoted. We definitely recomment Pro Master Roofing, wish we had more work for them to do!

Our home was affected by hail and as this was the first time for us in this kind of situation, Ilir guided us how to deal with the insurance company (which denied our initial claim) in order to fight their biased initial advisor appraisal. Later on he waited on us while we fought the insurance company and once everything was lined up, he purchased the materials, finished the job in one day and cleaned up thoroughly prior leaving. Overall I found out that Ilir is very knowledgeable in his field of expertise, I do strongly recommend Ilir and I consider it a personal pleasure to know him.

We hired Pro Master to do my roof and we were very happy with job. They came on time and left it very clean afterwards. I will hire them again for future projects.

Pro Master replaced our house and garage roof back in 2020. Ilir and his team were done in a day and left our house looking great. We upgraded our vents from the old spinning domes to a nicer design and it really makes the house look good. 4 years later we are very happy with our choice. No leaks and still looks great. We recently did some renovations and our plumber put a new vent through the roof. We called Pro Master to take care of the flashing and sealing, because they know what they're doing. They were here right after the plumber was done and sealed everything up. It looks great, as if it has been there since the roof was new. I would definitely have Ilir back for any future roofing needs, and would recommend the Pro Master team to anyone looking for a quality roofing job.

The crew were great. Showed up on time, were very clean and tidy. They got the job done and even did some extra work above and beyond, that was most unexpected.

We're delighted that we hired ILIR and his team to replace our old roof (half shingles, half flat.) When Ilir came to assess and provide an estimate for the roof, he invited me to join him up there (we have a low slope, so it was safe) and reviewed all the possible options and improvements. The shingles on my house was replaced by Pro Master Roofing - a four men crew led by ILIR, the owner. They also removed the Cupola on the top of the roof and the Pergola roof at the back deck and then shingled these two areas. All these work took them only one and a half days to complete under the hot sun and partially few hours of rain at the end of their work. I am very happy and satisfied with the work that they have done. Pro Master Roofing is a small company and the owner also works alongside with the crew. The workers are able to take care of any large or small roofing tasks. I have a few quotes before I started this task. I selected Pro Master Roofing to do this task as they returned phone call, text messages promptly to any of my questions and very good communication. ILIR and the crew are very reliable, very prompt arriving on the job site and have all the work done properly. Once the work is done, they would clean up all the debris and roofing nails around my yard with a sweeping magnet. Ilir and his team completed the job in the better part of 1 day and I found the quality of the work to be very high. They cleaned up all the shingles, nails and scraps properly, and even helped with some downspout changes that I had requested. I am very happy with the job that was done, and impressed that they were able to squeeze me in before winter hit. I would absolutely recommend them.

Was very fast to repond to my emergency. They were hole in my roof and snow was getting inside the attic. We only noticed it few days ago when snow was starting to melt and water drop was going out of one of our pot lights. Fast and efficient! Highly recommend!
