    garage door wheel goes off track & subsequently garage wires become unwound

    I wanted to thank Royal Garage Doors for the prompt & efficient service provided by Michael & apprentice Vlad. In this case Royal was able to provide me with a firm quote prior to the service call. As they were coming I also asked about changing the weatherstripping. Upon arrival Michael was very professional & suggested the option of changing the rusted cables & the adjoining bracket....no hard sell or pressure. Once they did the work & corrected the misalignment from the initial installation many years ago the door closed with no gap so I choose to hold off on the weatherstripping. In my line of work I spend a lot of time managing customer expectations....Royal was the first to respond to my online request for service. They were very prompt in follow up & confirmation of service visit time. I appreciate service specialists taking the time to make sure the job is done properly

    very skillful

    very good guy, and buy a hand key from him which I really need with additional $70

    Garage door opener replacement

    Hired Nick to replace a garage door opener. When he came he asked what the problem was. When I told him he made a simple adjustment and it fixed it. He refused to take any payment (but I insisted on giving him something for his trouble). Definitely would recommend this company.

    Garage spring repair

    Highly Recommend

    Nick from Royal Garage Doors recently installed two garage doors, openers and aluminum capping for me, and I was thoroughly impressed with his work. I met with Nick on a Sunday, and within a week, we had new garage doors installed. Nick was quick, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He worked hard and made sure that there was nothing left to clean up once he was finished. I would highly recommend Nick and Royal Garage Doors to anyone in need of garage door installation or repair.     Repair Garage Door Spring
    Garage spring snapped in the evening and needed to be replaced. Contacted Nick at Royal Garage Doors and he was quick to respond. We set up an appointment for the very next morning and he was right on time. After reviewing the issue, he provided a quote and fixed the problem right away. He also checked other parts of the garage door to make sure other problems were not creeping in. Very satisfied with the service and will definitely recommend.

    Garage spring balanced! Thanks to Nick

    Nick arranged for same day service and arrived on schedule. He was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. The thing that impressed me the most was when he finished the work he asked me if I had any questions. Talk about a positive customer experience! That last verification made the whole experience well worth it.
