    Leaking pipe

    We had a leaking pipe caused by a nail. Called Its Plumbing in the morning, and everything was completely fixed by lunch. Quick and friendly service from Shane. Crisis averted!

    ITS PLUMBING

    We work with ITS Plumbing on a regular basis as our main plumbing subcontractor, for our business Trafford General Contracting. Shane and his team are trustworthy, reliable, and very skilled in their trade. We will continue to use their services and cannot recommend him enough.

    Great experience

    Had two separate projects with its plumbing and both went exceptionally smooth. I had a fella names Shane come by both times and he was extremely polite are informative.

    Fast Turnaround - Great Service

    Our basement ejector pump stopped working and we had a big mess on our floor. Its Plumbing was easy to reach (at 9pm!) and was able to help us troubleshoot then they booked us in for 8am the next day - plumber brought everything needed to change our the pump and gave us a quick tutorial of the equipment/basement plumbing too. Definitely recommend!

    Great work at a fair price

    Taxes are on top of that amount. Partial replacement of toilet stack (conversion from copper to abs) and plumbing for new washer/dryer (with steam), laundry sink and saniflo toilet. Shane and Alex are awesome to work with. We are completely satisfied with their work and look forward to hiring them for future plumbing needs.

    Great service

    ITS Plumbing were great. We needed a new furnace and they had it installed quickly which in Ottawa in January is critical. Highly recommend.

    Service & Repair

    Great customer service. The tech was friendly, professional and did great work. The tech even made sure we didnt have any additional questions or concerns before leaving.

    Leaking tank

    We had a leak in our hot water tank today. The guys at its plumbing came within 3 hours on a Saturday to fix the issue. The tech walked us through the repair. They were professional and respectful. I would recommend these guys to anyone and are now my go to plumber.

    Repaire

    Had a nasty leak that needed to be taken care of. Its Plumbing came by quickly to fix the cracked drain pipe.

    Change out my Furnace

    I woke up in the middle of the night to find my furnace not working which was a nightmare. Thankfully It's Plumbing answered my call and set up a time for a tech to come to my home right away. They were so efficient it made this nightmare situation a dream.
