Matt and his team were excellent! They took care of our belongings, made sure everything was well wrapped & protected as they moved it from our home to the truck. Once they brought our things to our new home they continued to do everything in a fast and safe way. Really enjoyed our experience. I'm hoping it works out here in Montreal for me and I won't have to move again but if I do I will most definitely be calling MTS again. Cheers

Booked with this company because of the great Google reviews and thankfully they did not disappoint. We moved from Toronto to Vancouver. For me communication is very important. Matt always updated me from booking to delivery. We had some issues with the elevator booking during delivery but they spoke with the building manager everything worked out.

Matt was and is very polite and helpful. Gave a lot of valuable advice on how to choose a moving company and explained clearly all aspects of the contract. the 1-month storage that was included in the contract was extremely helpful ( I believe it is only for the interprovincial shipping). Their price is on the average side, depending on the total weight of the shipment, a new concept to me as I am new to Canada. Both the pick up and the delivery guys were exceptionally polite, helpful, gentle with handling the packages ( mine were already packed boxes ) and quick in loading and offloading.

GREAT COMPANY. Matt was very detailed during booking and everything went exactly how he described it. They even scanned and sent the time-stamped weight tickets right after the move which was very close to what he estimated based on my inventory list. The pickup and delivery movers were very respectful. We had a wheel break off from one of our cabinets during the move. The claims department sent the part we needed and someone to fix it. 2 weeks delivery time wasn't the best but it was as advertised. I do wish moving companies had live trackers. It would take away a lot of stress.
