Ben called immediately. He was very responsive without being pushy. He answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. I did not feel he upsold me; in fact, he told me when he did not think I needed something I asked for and explained why. He was happy to have me see his work elsewhere in the neighbourhood.The price was very competitive. Ben and his team were punctual, polite and tidy. A pleasure to work with! Professional service. Had roof redone with new plywood, underlay, ice-shield and shingles. AI also took care of new fascia, eavestroughs, downspouts. Looks great !Answer from pro:

I cannot say enough about the amazing experience with Beni and his workers. Answered texts quickly. Gave prompt and reasonable quotes. Went above and beyond to complete the job better than expected.
