Good work, good service
Mauricio and his team did great work with staining of our fence and deck. He took extra effort in applying extra coats of stain for the look we wanted. Before staining, he prepped the fence and deck well, which resulted in a high quality finish. We highly recommend Mauricio for any construction, painting or renovation work.

Basement Drywall hanging, finishing
Mauricio and team worked tirelessly to ensure a perfect project, and time and on budget. Their work is flawless; I would be honoured to provide a reference if needed. Tatiana is a great communicator and took the time to visit our site and ensure we were ready for our large project.

Drywall and Taping
I recently hired Southvale Construction, led by Mauricio, for a drywall and taping project in my home, and I am beyond impressed with their exceptional work. House renovation
Hired Southvale Construction team to do a renovation at my house. They put up some framing, insulation, drywall and taping finish on the main floor and second floor. I liked that they were on time and very professional and price was fair. The paint guy also liked the taping finish since made his job easier as well. Thank you Mauricio and crew for the hardworking, I really recommend you and your company.

Bedroom renovation

Taping Services - Basement
Had Mauricio and his team working on our basement, they were very professional and kept the place clean at all times, I also appreciate his honesty during the process he gave me advices that helped me save money. I would really recommend Southvale Construction and Mauricio.

Basement Renovation
Mauricio and his team worked on my basement doing drywall and taping. They are very reliable, the work was done in a timely manner and Mauricio was very communicative with me regarding the process. I would definitely hire Southvale again for other projects.

Painting and Popcorn ceiling removal
I needed the popcorn ceiling removed in one room due to shoddy repairs after window replacements, and opted to have the ceiling painted in another room. Mauricio came to see the project, took measurements and gave me a quote the same day. He was able to commence the job just a few days later. Mauricio was prompt, efficient and worked professionally. His attention to detail and his thoroughness was exceptional. The popcorn ceiling removal was very messy as it literally fell down. However, Mauricio covered everything, including walls and some furniture left in the room with plastic and did a complete clean up when everything was finished. I am now very tempted to have other rooms done to the attractiveness of my newly refinished and smooth ceiling. I would highly recommend Mauricio and his company. I had quotes from other companies (comparable pricing), but who never bothered to come and see the work requested. They only communicated by text and gave me a price based on my vague measurements. I prefer to deal with someone I have actually met in person before hiring them to work for me.
