Felix was absolutely amazing! He was very professional and found out why the washer machine wasn't working. He was able to repair the issue in a timely manner and what I appreciate the most was he did a full diagnosis to make sure that the issue was resolved. My whirlpool oven broke down. Sent a request on Home stars. Felix called me within 10 minutes. Made an appointment for next day. Assessed the problem quickly.
