They were attentive and responded quickly, providing a clear estimate and several appointment options. They confirmed the appointment by text the day before and called ahead as requested (which we appreciated since we have a dog). The toilet was leaking into our laundry room. It was very difficult to remove and he did a fantastic job. Would definitely hire him again!! Very professional with fair pricing.Answer from pro:

I was not in town and communicated all online and phone - he went out of his way to manage entry with the concierge, pick up items and return to the property multiple times because I had not provided the correct information originally. The pricing was much less than other quotes, but more importantly, it was just an easy and stress-free engagement. Highly recommend.Answer from pro:

He came and had a look at the job, quoted very fairly and started the job within a week. I had quite a bit of plumbing that needed doing and he worked the full day and got everything done. Review left on 7 Apr 2026Rating: 5 out of 5Stop leakage: Suspect toilet as leak is in kitchen below and seems...RASHAD was excellent to work with and did a great job. He was willing to speak on the phone to clarify my issue and identified 2 likely root causes. For one he gave me an estimate and for the other he explained the extra work and how he would charge, as hourly or job rate TBD. THIS WAS VERY HELPFUL as it was a troublesome leak, semi-urgent & this allowed me to move quickly. I had a second job in the request and he discussed that too. A FEW HOURS LATER and after some research, I decided I needed to amend the second job, he gave me the new price to install a new toilet. I ORDERED the toilet, noting he would pick it up. HE ARRIVED on time, completed the job. He saw I had a risky water shut-off valve. I asked him to fix it. He went to the store to get the part and then replaced it. HE ALSO spotted an issue with the home’s shut off valve and sent me a photo so I can follow up with city. GREAT skills, service and prices! He goes above and beyond. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND HIM!Answer from pro:
