I would highly recommend Furnaceguys, and I have! Got a great deal , so happy I called them. The service was top notch, the installers were a great bunch of guys. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. What more can you ask for? : )

Furnaceguys are the only company I will ever use. They are polite, efficient l, thorough and knowledgeable.

They helped me easily fix a drainage issue in my AC. Water was dripping into my furnace because of a botched vent cleaning done by another company. They sorted me out quickly and didn't charge more than the callout fee.

Tech was in to do a estimate june 27. Paid hundred dollars for the diagnosis. Indicated, they would order the part.It would be in the by the following friday at the latest. Been trying to call there office for days ,sent an email. Nobody's answering phones nobody's answering emails? Well done furnace guys Good way to p*ss people off.

Bruce and Drake did an excellent job installing the air conditioner and HRV. They answered all of our questions and walked us through how to make adjustments/change the HRV filter. They were very respectful of our home and patient with our 3 dogs who wanted to help/eat them. Thank you so much!

Originally had problem with furnace short cycling. Mitch was dispatched and found the problem within minutes. He had to return to the shop to get a part, was back within 30 mins. Very quick. He installed the new part, then noticed that the condensation trap was plugged, so he cleared that as well. Tested furnace and found it to be operating correctly. About a week later we had a home inspector visit on behalf of a buyer for our home. He found some water leakage from our furnace (the condensate trap was dripping, leaving a large puddle on the floor) that had also damaged a piece of drywall in the adjacent bedroom. I called Furnace Guys immediately and Cody was here within a couple of hours. After he asked some questions about the previous service call he then investigated and within minutes had diagnosed the problem. Turns out the drain tube which empties into the drain for the weeping tile was plugged right up, so no water could pass. Once he cleared the tube he carefully checked both the trap and the drain. All were now functioning properly. Both these young men (Mitch and Cody) were polite, respectful, and professional. They most certainly knew what they were doing and did it well. The young lady at the office was also polite and handled my call very quickly and professionally. Kudos to all your staff and technicians. I will certainly use Furnace Guys again should I ever return to Canada (we are moving to Florida - good-bye to winter!) although Canada will always be home. Thank you, Furnace Guys. Well done! Furnace guys were compassionate in delivering the news that the best option was to buy a new furnace. They did not force the decision on me and let me make my own conclusion. They made installation of the new furnace quick and pain free.

Servicemen was efficient, cutious, and helpful. The air conditioner got its annual service and any issues were addressed.

Mitch did a great job and was very professional and informative. Fixed my problem quickly and also educated me with some tips and tricks to minimize future issues and extend the life of my AC unit. Thanks very much for the quality service.
