My parents' sewage drain was clogged, and I made an emergency request on HomeStars during the Easter Weekend. Blair came out the next morning to tackle the problem, and discovered a small animal had climbed into the pipe and perished, poor thing, and created the blockage. Blair was prompt and courteous, with a sense of humour - he said "that was a new story to tell the guys", cause I can only imagine how disturbing and smelly it was to pull a dead animal out of a pipe when you least expect it! Blair was professional when I spoke with him to book the work, he showed up on time and completed the work within the timeframe he said he would and charged me what he quoted. We are completing a full restoration and renovation of a home in Tiny Township. Our client decided to have all existing plumbing replaced. As the GC, we brought in Blair (Drain Well Plumbing) and he provided a competitive quote and perform the plumbing re/re with professionalism. The renovation project included all new plumbing for our cottage. Blair was terrific to work with. The job included kitchen & bathroom Reno, and installation of tankless hot water. Blair also repaired outside garden taps, and roughed plumbing for outdoor shower. At the end of the season, Blair did a great job winterizing the system for shutdown.
