    Great Customer Service

    We were looking for a new HVAC company after several poor customer service experiences with our previous one. The reviews for HVAC Trust seemed quite good and their price on a new Lennox A/C unit to replace our existing one was very competitive. Giselle was great to deal with in setting things up and the service techs that did the installation were probably the most professional and polite I have ever experienced in 35 years of home ownership. We are very satisfied with our purchase and would highly recommend HVAC Trust.

    Install Tankless Water Heater
    They were able to give a quote on the phone based on photos of the site, including unique requirements of the specific location. THey arrived on time, got the job done well and on time, and left everything as tidy as they found it.

    New AC

    In August 2023 our AC died after 24 years!! We knew we needed to replace but waited until the spring. We wanted the best value and the team at HVAC Trust fit the bill. They walked us through all our options and within a week had our new AC unit. They were quick, efficient and friendly. Bring on the heat we are ready for the summer thanks to HVAV Trust.

    New Furnace

    Our furnace broke down on the Sunday, we called HVAC Trust and within a couple of hours we had decided on a new furnace and the financing was approved and set up. The next day Jacky came on time to install it. He was very friendly, professional and did a great job. They even gave us a HVAC Trust hoodie.

    Highly recommend

    I recently purchased a furnace from HVAC Trust, and I'm thoroughly impressed. The installation was smooth, and the furnace efficiently keeps my home warm. Their customer service is top-notch. Special thanks to Ghazal for being amazing and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

    Great service, competitive prices, installers were professional and knowledgeable.

    Had spoken to Lovish and he suggested me what will work the best for my property. They installed a heat pump, had an auditor come in check my place pre and post installation. Again I didnt have to worry as they were the ones who were taking care of all this stuff. The technicians installed it within 2 days of me getting a quote and were so professional. They organised the place, cleaned everything before they left. Flexible payment options and overall I loved the service. I also got a complimentary thermostat. 10/10
