    GOOD

    We had a minor ant problem in our kitchen. Pest Line took care of it. Jazzy was very friendly and identified the type of ant. He treated the area where they were entering and gave us some preventative measures to take. The ants are gone, and we're happy customers!

    We absolutely recommend him!

    We thought that dealing with bedbugs would be a draining task but luckily, we found Jay through a friend. He came prepared, which was great since it saved time and thoroughly inspected the bedding and sheets. He quickly got to work and also gave us some useful advice to prevent future infestation. We absolutely recommend him!

    Good Service!

    I was a little scared to call pest control, but these folks were amazing! The lady on the phone had the sweetest voice, and he even laughed at my (admittedly bad) ant joke. The technician who came to my house, Felix, explained everything he was doing in a way I could understand. He even showed me this really cool flashlight that could detect scorpions at night (thankfully, we didn't have any!). They even left little mint-scented traps that made my kitchen smell way better than those sticky ant things I used before.

    GOOD

    We woke up to the tell-tale itchy bites - bedbugs! Thankfully, Pest Line was there to save the day. Jaz was fantastic. He wore shoe covers to avoid tracking anything in and out, and even checked behind the picture frames for hiding pests. Within a few weeks, we were sleeping soundly again.

    Well

    I woke up in the middle of the night to the sound of scurrying. Flicking on the light, I saw a mouse dashing under the bed! I called Pest Line first thing in the morning. Jazzy arrived that afternoon. He was very thorough, checking all the nooks and crannies where mice might be getting in. He placed neat little traps that looked like boxes, and within a few days, the nightmare was over!

    GOOD.

    Everything was outstanding right from the first phone call. The experience was professional. I received a call from Felix back to arrange for the same-day inspection. He planned the work and informed me of his findings once he was on site. Since I couldn't be there, he worked hard to eliminate the rodents and gave updates.

    The silence since then has been blissful.

    Cricket noise was becoming a nuisance in our basement. We reached out to Pest Line, and they promptly sent over Jay, a friendly and efficient technician. He identified the crickets hiding spots and treated them with eco-friendly products. The silence since then has been blissful.

    Their quick action and professionalism were much appreciated.

    We discovered a hornets nest near our childrens play area and were understandably anxious. The team arrived within two hours of our call.     Nice Job!

    We were really worried about the cockroaches in our kitchen. Faraz listened to our concerns and then carefully placed bait traps in all the little hiding spots. He even checked behind the fridge! It took a little while, but soon we didn't see any more roaches scuttling around at night.

    Good

    The technician, Zak, arrived right on time. He looked closely at everywhere in our house for signs of mice, even under the furniture. He explained exactly what he would be doing to get rid of them, and even showed us the traps he would be using. Within a few weeks, we never saw another mouse!
