Great job done quickly and efficiently. My one basement wall was always damp because of a flower bed nearby. After removing it and waterproofing the wall it is now dry even after heavy rain

Friends of ours recommended Mud Monkeys to us for basement waterproofing, so we called Darby Braun for a quote in late February. We knew immediately that our home would be in excellent hands. Darby spent a lot of time inspecting our property, discussing our concerns, and explaining his plan. He provided us with an estimate quickly, and added us to his crew's schedule for approximately May 8. Darby and his team arrived on May 8 as planned, and the crew headed by James accomplished more in their first day than we could imagine was possible. They were fast, worked incredibly hard, disturbed only as much ground as they absolutely needed to, and swept our property every single day. They treated our home with respect, were reliable, and answered our questions with a smile. They stacked our interlocking patio stones neatly in an unused corner of the yard, and even took the time to tie back and save a flowering shrub we thought would have to be sacrificed. The majority of the waterproofing was done on the exterior, but one wall was done on the inside and a sump pit installed. The work was completed in two weeks as promised, the final bill matched Darby's quote exactly, and their attention to detail was extraordinary. I can't imagine a more professional, friendly, or talented group of guys. If you need waterproofing done, this is the company you need to call.

We haven't had any actual water in the basement yet. But we knew that there was moisture behind the walls. We put it off for a couple of years, and then decided to bite the bullet. Mud Monkrys came highly recommended. They were efficient, courteous, and generally lovely to deal with.

He is a true man of his word he is honest and pleasant. Every aspect of the work was extremely professionally done. Darby was communicative, easy to get a hold of and fast with returning phone calls. The job started the time it was scheduled to start; the team arrive to work on time every day started working right away, no delays on absences. I work from home and never felt inconvenient or uncomfortable with them working in my house, they were professional, respectful, hard working and very nice! For years, water from a leaky downpipe (long since diverted and capped) had eroded part of my foundation and the ground around it, but the extent of the damage was not clear until the asphalt over the area collapsed, exposing the sinkhole. The repairs needed weren't big or complicated, but I needed the work to be done before the onset of winter. Mud Monkeys responded quickly and was able to get the job done in time and at an affordable price much lower than the next-lowest quote I got. The repair is secure and leads water away from the foundations. I'm happy with the work.

The crew was incredibly professional, explained all of the work being done from start to finish and offered to show me what was being done as the work progressed.
