    Basement waterproofing

    I was referred to Mud Monkeys by a friend but also got several quotes from a variety of companies to waterproof the entire southern length of our basement foundation. From the beginning, I was so impressed with Darby's professionalism, and it was obvious to me from the start that these were the guys for the job. He provided a few different quotes with different scenarios, always responded promptly, provided detailed explanations of the work, and was able to offer us a slight discount when I said I was choosing between two companies. The guys on the job were also very professional. They maintained a clean and safe workspace, and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. They gave honest assessments of the condition of our foundation wall, and I felt as if I could trust their judgement. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, and would definitely work with them again in the future.

    Waterproofing

    Darby, Nick & the Mud Monkeys crew couldn't have been any better. Quote was reasonable, work was completed on time & was of superior quality. The guys explained what they were doing every step along the way & left the property clean & tidy each & every day. Darby recommended other contractors to assist with the plumbing & cement work that we needed & the my proved to be terrific as well. We'd happily recommend Mud Monkeys to anyone needing waterproofing work - they did a great job.

    underpinning and waterproofing basement

    Darby was polite, interested and responsive from the start to the end of the job. He explained anything I asked about, and he even answered his phone early on a Saturday morning. When we had a leak as a result of something that moved in the basement Darby immediately stated that he would take care of it at his expense, no haggling or arguing whatsoever. Darby was reassuring at all times and his crew worked their butts off. I am very please both with their service and their work. Job was completed on time and on budget. Impressive.

    water proof basement, pour new concrete floor

    Mud Monkeys did a great job on our project. They worked well with us to coordinate work with other contractors. Crew were great and worked hard. We are very pleased with finished product - nice dry basement!! Would definitely recommend them for your project.

    waterproofing basement wall

    It was an absolute pleasure having Mud Monkeys work on my house. Service was 100% on time; fully explained to me; executed as promised; and clean up afterwards was thorough. On top of that the Mud Monkeys have to be the most courteous tradesmen in town. I'm happy to add this review.

    Basement Waterproofing

    Mud Monkeys were recommended to me by a neighbour and they exceeded expectations. Darby and/or Nick were always available to explain process or answer questions. The basement that was in need of waterproofing was bordered by a city laneway and presented many challenges including a constricted workspace and numerous city restrictions and requirements. Darby, Nick and his team met all challenges head on. The work was done as described with no deviations or surprises. The job site was always cleaned up at the end of each day and safely secured. The laneway that borders my property is a busy thoroughfare with much pedestrian traffic and the job site became a source of interest and curiosity. The team generously engaged the neighbours' questions and comments. Very much appreciated!

    Excavate basement floor to lower depth & waterproof basement

    We had our basement lowered by 15 inches with a benched footing, a sump pump and waterproof membrane installed. Darby and his crew did a fantastic job and we could not be happier. The work was done on time and as quoted. Great workmanship, kept us informed of their progress, and they cleaned up the worksite every day. I would gladly recommend them as they are experts on this type of work.

    Waterproofing

    Mud Monkeys were recommended to me by a colleague of mine at work. He told me he was very happy with the waterproofing work they had done at his house. When I called for an estimate, the gentleman I( spoke to was very polite and helpful in setting up both the estimate and the start date for the waterproofing work. The fellows doing the work were also very polite and professional, and the job was completed on time and for a reasonable price.

    Exterior Foundation Waterproofing

    Mud Monkeys was amazing. From the initial quote through to the guys completing the work. They were fast, professional, curious, and do fantastic work. I would definitely hire Mud Monkeys again to do more work, I mean hopefully I don't need further repairs elsewhere on my foundation, but if I do, i know how to call.

    Highly recommended for basement waterproffing

    We initially hired Darby and his team to waterproof the leaky rear addition of our Beaches home. We were so pleased with the efficiency and quality of their service that we decided to just keep going and get the entire rest of the foundation done. Darby was always responsive by phone and email, the crew was friendly and kept a clean (as possible) job site, showed up exactly when they said they would, and finished on time. If you have ever had contractors perform any type of work on your home, you know how rare all of that is! A great group and we're happy to recommend them.
