    Home Inspection

HomeCore was hired to do a 1 year Tarion Warranty inspection. Rob was punctual, professional and easy to talk with. He told you how he would conduct the inspection and went over the findings with you and gave you a written report at the end before he left. While he did find some minor issues I would not know to look for, he missed some signs of water damage around one window. This was pointed out to us by the builder's rep when we showed them splitting in the window's wood sill.

    HomeCore Home Inspection

I made the best decision for choosing HomeCore for my warranty/standard inspection. Robert was very professional and knowledgeable and a lot of pride to what he does. From the beginning to the end, he walked me through the whole process and explain everything in manner a new home buyer can understand. I highly recommend Robert to anyone who is looking for a home inspection. Home buyers: if you are looking for a home inspector, please don't settle for non-professional home inspector wannabe who is solely there to take your money and leave you alone in a dark. Hire a professional inspectors like Robert and you won't be disappointed. It was a pleasure working with you Robert! /Aklilu

    Conditional Offer - Home Inspection

I made a conditional offer on an 80 year old home that was in an obvious state of disrepair. While I was prepared to spend money to make the home liveable, I wanted to be sure that I was making the purchase with all potential costs identified. The binder provided outlined all of the repairs needed, the approximate cost and the time horizon to complete. I did purchase the home and 6 months later, I am not disappointed. I have had no surprises and really appreciate that I was able to take advantage of such a great deal --with my eyes wide open! Thanks Robert!

    Pre-delivery inspection

As first time homebuyers, we didn't know what to look for. After seeing tons of positive reviews regarding Robert on another website, we decided to hire his servivces. Robert made the process very simple, and did a very thorough job. He even provided us a list of things to look for, as he looked around simultaneously. He took pictures and video of problem areas, and spent an extra hour after the inspection writing up his report and then explaining to us the procedures we must follow with Tarion moving forward. He also has a binder which is very helpful, in terms of potential house problems and how to fix it; as well as renovations/additions/upgrades/installations and the associated approxmate cost with each item listed. We would use Robert again in a heartbeat.

    Pre-delivery home inspection

On very short notice I need a home ispection done before taking delivery of a newly constructed home. Rob met me beforehand and took me through all the documentaiotn, what to expect from his role and the inspection process in general. He made a very nerve-racking first experience very comfortable by giving me all the information I needed to make an educated decision. Most helpful was his advice on what was out of scope of the inspection process and how to handle future maintenance of my new home.
