    New Roof

    Had leak in roof. Jason (Owner) tarped it at same time when providing the quote, which stopped the leak - and potential further damage before roof was replaced. Always courteous and patient. They are busy, which is a good sign, but also resulted in a longer wait than I would have preferred. Once the work started they preformed the work quickly, safely (noticed their workers tied off properly with fall arrest equipment, which for me is always great to see - those who take care to work safely usually take care to do the work properly) and cleaned the site well after each day and when the job was complete. Overall, very pleased.

    Amazing job!!! Thank you so much!

    They did an amazing job! We moved into the house about 7 months ago and the previous owners never re-did their roof for over 35 years. Our roof was in pretty bad shape, leaks galore, shingles curling, old flashing, etc. We shopped around and got quite a few quotes, but when Jason came by for the estimate, my husband was very pleased with how thorough he was and wanted to go with him right away. We spoke to many roofing companies but in the end we felt confident Jason and his company would get the job done with superiority. And boy were we ever pleased. At last, there are no leaks, brand new roof, it not only is leak proof now but the roof is also aesthetically pleasing :). We are just beyond thrilled with the results. I would without a doubt go with Canadian roofing company for any future roofing needs. They were not the cheapest for sure, but I believe in you get what you pay for in this case. You don't want to skimp out on your roof this is a long-term investment and we're so happy we went with Canadian Roofing Company. I like theyre well-established local, family ran business, as well. Highly highly recommend them! Justin the foreman and his team were excellent as well. They were very careful when doing the work and clean-up was exceptional not a nail in sight. Thank you so much Jason and company. Keep up the amazing work!!! I'd recommend them to any one looking to get their roof done RIGHT.

    Roof

    I noticed some mold on our bedroom ceiling and was concerned about our roof possibly leaking. Jason of the Canadian Roofing Company Ltd. came and made a thorough inspection of our roof. He took pictures and explained in a very professional manner some of the faults he perceived with our roof. Among other problems, he pointed out that our over-the-range microwave exhaust outlet hadn't been installed properly and he assured me that he would correct the problem. He also recommended a mold specialist to come and check our attic for mold and we were very happy to learn that, fortunately, there wasn't any mold in our attic which gave me peace of mind. Jason and his team subsequently came and installed our new roof and we are very pleased with the manner in which the work was completed. The team worked diligently and cleaned up after the work was done. We would highly recommend the Canadian Roofing Company Ltd. without any hesitation.

    Roofing-Woodwork restoration and shingling of 2 historical buildings.

    We wanted to find a reputable roofer to do work on two very old structures at our Jones Avenue Cemetery. The buildings date back into the late 1800's and while shingling would be simple enough, we needed to address the bones of the roof structure. We received a good estimate, and discussed contingency expectations for woodwork repairs. The estimate was competitive and when the work was done, it was to our satisfaction and in good time. The crew worked safely, and left a our property clean and free of debris, all garbage removed. We had budgeted for a contingency to cover structural repairs. We were very happy when the actual cost of restoration as the sub roofing came in only 10% over the original estimate. We are very pleased with our choice in hiring Canadian Roofing Company.

    Wonderful experiences with Jason and Canadian Roofing Co

    We have dealt with Jason and his team for multiple projects at our city home and cottage. He is without a doubt, one of the most professional, courteous, and thorough individuals we have come across. We have very high standards and can be very picky but we have always been impressed with Jason's great work. We highly++++ recommend Canadian Roofing!!!

    Roofing Job and more

    House built in 1890's. Several layers of old shingles, and even road asphalt that was used at some point as a coating on the flat roof! The crew worked hard in the hot weather and took all that old material off - you could almost hear the house sighing with relief as all that excess weight came off! Cleanup at the end of each day was perfect. During the project, it was discovered that we had to have two chimneys rebuilt, but this too was done really well, with minimal impact on timelines. One of the best things about Canadian Roofing is their overall expertise and understanding of what is needed to give homeowners peace of mind and a proper final product.

    Roof replacement, small soffit and fascia area, skylights replaced

    We highly recommend Canadian Roofing. We had estimates from three companies. They were the only ones who got up on the roof and checked out its condition. The work crews were professional, organized, always ready to answer questions. The site was cleaned up at the end of every day and care taken to protect the landscaping and eavestroughs. They were first class in every way.

    Shingle Replacement to Fix Leaking Roof

    Earlier this year, we noticed water damage around the second floor front window and around the trap door to the attic. After looking through Home Stars, we called Canadian Roofing Co. Jason came to do an estimate and he told us that fortunately, it didn't like a major repair was warranted as our roof was a "30-year roof", but that the leak was likely coming from the bathroom exhaust outlet. It took a couple months but he was finally able to fit us into his busy schedule later during the summer. A team of two men came and they were very efficient. After finishing, they cleared away all refuse. They also took a look inside the attic make sure that the exhaust line was properly insulated. We are pretty happy with the work and will call again if we need any additional roof work.

    Roof replacement

    During heavy rains water was dripping down the dinning room wall. Jason explained the problems and the team led by foreman Justin , completed the job in one day. They worked like a efficient, well-oiled machine. The crew was polite and professional and left the property spotless. I would highly recommend Canadian Roofing Co.

    Two replacement flat roofs, dormer, new insulation, new patio door, new eavestroughing, aluminum work along fascia.

    We live in an older house in downtown Toronto, with difficult access to our roof that had underlying repair issues which had to be solved. Canadian Roofing solved both these issues, did all the work extremely well and efficiently, delivered on time and on budget. Jason Hunter kept us well informed on every step. We can't speak highly enough of Jason and his crew, and have arranged for other work to be done.
