The Canadian Roofing company replaced the leaking flat roof on my attached garage. Jason coordinated my project was very patient with me as there was a long period between his initial quote and when we were ready to hire him. He took the time to coordinate with my carpenter and fit me in during a busy period. The roof was well done and the work was completed quickly. It was a good experience.

Excellent. New roof and gutters installed. Clean and courteous workers, efficient and professional. Jason was very knowledgable and advised on venting and relevant drainage issues. All work was done exactly as specified.

Noticed last winter that the furnace exhaust was leaking from the exhaust vent and into my attic causing moist build up and mold on the underside of my roof. Called Jason in the fall of this year, where he was the only one who came and put up a ladder to take a look. The other contractors I contacted, didn't come by at all and gave me a quote to fix it, which was more than what Jason quoted me! Jason took the time to access my roof, focus on the area of concern and told me how he would fix it. Jason does come across genuine professional and does not nickel and dime you with every little thing. His crew was great and did the job well and done within 3-4 hours. We had some very challenging issues with our roof and eaves. After contacting Jason late in the summer, we were very impressed with his ability to explain what needed to be done, come up with good solutions to our unique situation and fit the project in before winter.This company is not the least expensive but they do great work at a competitive price.In addition, the people doing the work were friendly, informative and professional.

From start to finish, I have been so impressed with this company! This is the second roofing project that they have completed for me, and I appreciate the professional, organized work that is done prior to the start of the project, consultation throughout the project, and a clean and beautiful finish. This was not an easy roof since some of the property is only 14 inches from the next property. Unlike the previous roofer from 20 years earlier, this challenge was viewed as a challenge only and not an impossibility. I highly recommend this company to educate, consult and complete a roofing project! The unintended benefit is that when it was recognized that siding was needed to be replaced, Jason called to give me his honest impression of what needed to be done and what would look best. He would have done anything I decided, but I went with his judgement. He cares as much if not more that I do about the finished product. You want that in a company! I appreciate it. Jason does not pretend to be the least expensive, but he will give you a range of options, with websites to look at, and the pros and cons of going inexpensive to going the expensive route. I love how they maintain a timely schedule to complete the work once they get started, and they work clean, which is very important to me.

Great work and very reasonable to deal with. They provided excellent quality of work and materials at an affordable price. Our roof was completely replaced in a day and all the mess was cleaned up afterwards. They can get pretty busy at times so I would contact them sooner rather than later if you need a quote!

One of our turbine vents flew off the roof this week. Contacted Canadian Roofing to see if they could fix it. Jason said they were really busy, but that he would squeeze us in. Not only did Jason replace our turbine vent, he also adjusted existing vents for drainage, added extra fasteners to the other vents to secure them and caulked and sealed areas where it was needed. We can rest now, knowing that the roof is repaired and that no rain, snow or animals can get in. Thanks Jason

We recently purchased an older house in downtown Toronto and it required a new roof. We had estimates from several companies and Canadian Roofing came in at a competitive price, but what sold us was the time that Jason took to explain what had to get done, and also some suggestions on what should be done to help future-proof our home. During the work, they found some issues with the flat roof portion of our house which required significant work that was not originally planned. Jason was up-front about the added costs, and while it was a bitter pill to swallow we knew it was necessary to protect the investment in our home. The guys did a great job in replacing the flat roof portion of our house and overall did an excellent job. If you want the peace of mind that the job is done properly without cutting corners, by professionals with experience on older homes in Toronto, we found Jason and his crew to be the best choice.
