Bill was very professional and responsive in how he walked through what would happen on the job and then made sure I was in the loop when some bad weather threatened to change the start date. When on site, the crew was very fast and thorough to make sure that all the work was completed on time. Even when they had to come back for some last minute work, they kept me advised of what was happening. Great service!

These guys are the cream of the crop. They explained everything they were going to do and made sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed at all times. They not only did an excellent job, they also ensured that my yard and my neighbour's yard were cleaned up better than when they started. Steve and the crew were all sincere and friendly. I tried several quotes before deciding to choose roofing company. We ended up getting 30 year Cambridge one that's supposed to last realistically 20 years+ in Onatrio. Workers finished the whole thing in one day and we are happy with the project.

We had a number of quotes for our roof - after being burned by a contractor in the past we were very cautious and skeptical of the quotes. Canadian was neither the highest or lowest but Jason took the time to explain the process, what they were going to do and was followed up by a courteous and professional team. The work was done in a day despite a rotted out flat roof that needed to be replaced entirely from the ground up. There were additional costs but we were informed through the process and all my questions were answered without being condescending or vague. We were very satisfied with the work done and are happy to recommend them to anyone who is looking.

I have a semi-detached, 90 year old home with a shared laneway. The brick chimney was practically falling over and previous owners had applied 3 layers of shingles to the roof (so heavy the roof sagged in places). Jason (the owner) came out to give a quote and spent about two hours examining the roof and chimney and discussing all the options with me. The price was quite reasonable compared to other quotes (although his was on the higher end). I especially liked how well he explained everything. I decided to have Canadian Roofing fully remove and rebuild the chimney as well as fully strip the old shingles from the roof and replace with new, modern shingles and sheeting. I also had them install a vent for the bathroom fan and additional attic vents. The chimney and roof were done on separate days by separate crews, but both were done quickly and with minimum disruption. Everything was always cleaned up and the crews were polite and friendly. Some additional carpentry work was needed to reinforce my roof (due to the sagging from too many layers of shingles). They took me up on the roof to check it out and explain the problem and the crew was totally able to handle the work with only minor additional cost. I am very happy with the new roof and chimney.

Professional. Knowledgable. Courteous. Respectful. Honest. I had a leak in my bathroom ceiling. Jason came highly recommended by someone that whose opinions and recommendations I really trust and value. Jason provided a detailed quote and while he wasn't the cheapest nor was he the most expensive. He took time to explain to me the construction of a flat roof above my bathroom - the various layers, how it works, what additional repairs may or may not be required given the age of my home and the roof etc. I had a very good feeling about him. His team came in the morning and were gone before I got home at the end of the day. Not only had they done the roof but my driveway and backyard were spotless and all of my deck furniture had been returned to its rightful place. In addition, there were no financial surprises - no additional costs for unexpected materials and no additional repairs were required to the underlying surface of the roof, it was in good shape! I would recommend this company, without hesitation.

After having dealt with a chronic roof leak that a previous company kept unsuccessfully patching, we set about getting quotes for fixing our roof. Jason Hunter from Canadian Roofing Company was one of the companies who provided a quote, and we ended up choosing Canadian Roofing Company because Jason provided an affordable solution (somewhere in between just changing the shingles to completely removing/replacing the top of our house). Our roof and attic had inadequate ventilation (because the existing aluminum soffit vent holes were not really venting since the aluminum had originally been simply banged in over top of the wood soffits, so there was no ventilation). Jason and his team ended up removing the aluminum, cutting away some of the wooden soffit underneath, pulling back and baffling the existing insulation, rebuilding the wooden parts of the soffit, cutting in new vent holes, applying new aluminum soffits & fascia & eavestroughs as well as flashing and downpipes, etc, and providing adequate ventilation. All this in addition to removing and replacing the existing layer of shingles, as well as replacing some of the wood underneath and adding ice shield, etc. Knowing that we were dealing with a leak to begin with, Jason made sure that as soon as there was a break in the rainy spring weather that his crew came as soon as they could. In order to get the job done efficiently he got 12 men to come to the house, and the work was mostly completed on the first day (except for a few minor details that were taken care of in the next day or so). We have enjoyed the entire summer, along with some formidable storms in the interim, in a dry house! We're very grateful to Jason and his team, who did top-notch work in record time. I also want to add that I had a lot of questions before we made our choice to go with Jason and his company, as well as during the process itself. Jason was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and patient, and took a great deal of time when assessing the job, going over possible solutions that would work, and explaining absolutely everything about the work involved. He insisted that we were completely satisfied with the work before accepting payment, and inspired confidence in his advice and in his team's workmanship. I received a number of quotes before replacing my roof and I am very glad I chose to go with Canadian Roofing Company. It was not long after leaving a message that I heard from Jason Hunter, the company's owner. He came by the house, assessed the job and took the time to explain what needed to be done. His approach was honest and he was extremely knowledgeable. It was more than evident he had actually done work up on a roof and was not merely trying to sell me a product. The work was done relatively quickly (CRC is busy - mostly because they are so good at what they do). Once the work started, the roof was done in a day, followed by a new chimney, eaves and downspouts. The crews on each project were courteous, efficient, respectful of my property and my neighbours, and clean-up was amazing. I was beginning to feel guilty that up to this point I had not even given a deposit. Jason would not accept payment until he had inspected the work himself and knew I was satisfied. The fact that CRC is a family run business and has been around for 30 years instills a great amount of confidence. I would definitely recommend Jason and his team at Canadian Roofing Company. My only issue now is that my new roof looks so good it is putting my old windows and dated front porch to shame.

This company did a great job! They were very efficient, came very quickly to provide an estimate for the work, let us know before they started, good communication, worked well with our neighbour (we have a semi and both of us were redoing our roofs), did excellent work, provided a very good and comprehensive warranty, cleaned up everything very well when they were done, and their quote was reasonable and comprehensive. I would definitely use them again and also take their referrals for other home work needed.

Shop around no more. Canadian Roofing will meet all your expectations with regards to customer service, integrity, workmanship and value. I am meticulous , detailed-oriented and frugal (but insists on quality) and I shopped around. For starters, they were the only company that went up to the roof to assess before providing me an estimate. They were also honest enough lower the cost of the job when they discovered during the job, that some things did not need to be replaced. Great customer-oriented personnel-from sales, front office to roofing team. Seamless job. Work was done on time. Workers were like an well=oiled machine. Clean-up was spotless. Thank you.
