Jason is a very nice and honest guy , work was done on time and the price was very fair . Nice experience and the boys cleaned up nicely in the backyard after doing there work.

5 years ago on a friend's recommendation, I hired Canadian Roofing Company for a new roof and eaves troughs. I was very happy with the job. So, a few months ago, after some flooding issues in our basement, we decided to install new eave troughs to solve the problem. We got 3 bids. Canadian Roofing wasn't the cheapest BUT we hired them based on my earlier experience with them as well as consumer reviews here. We also asked for new soffit, facia and extra roof vents. Once again, the company and its teams were exceptional. Jason gave us great options and unlike the other companies who bid on the job, he offered suggestions that would not only resolve our flooding issue but also enhance the appearance of our home. It looks great and the flooding issue is solved. This is a company that takes great pride in the quality of the work and goes beyond expectations to ensure that you call in the future. We will.

His team works diligently on the promised time schedule and is meticulous. They show up on the day promised, on time and get the job done expeditiously. Jason is knowledgeable, professional and approachable. He provided me with the information I needed to make my decision on a new roof. He pointed out options and the advantages and disadvantages of each. He also suggested a shingle colour that would blend well with the colours of my house. I chose that cloour and it is looks just great. The crew arrived on time, were polite and friendly. They answered all my questions and my concerns to my satisfaction. The job was completed within the time estimated, the site was left clean and there were no hidden costs. I interviewed many roofing contractors for our extensive job which was stripping of 3 layers of shingles on house and garage, redoing of two flat roofs, installation of ridgevent, all exterior eaves, trough, soffit, fascia and siding, cedar gable. This was for a typical 3 storey downtown home with no driveway and 3 feet between neighbours, so a very difficult job. Bill from Canadian Roofing was the last company I saw and I'd made up my mind before I even received the quote from them that I was going to go with them. Their quote was in the middle of the pack of 6 quotes. Their crew is excellent, polite and extremely hard working. Any questions are answered fully and they always took the time to speak to us when we had queries. We had to restructure part of an addition and add spray foam insulation after discovery of hidden windows and carpenter ants. Jason worked this out, calling in the spray foamers and kept the job going. Cleanup every day was excellent. The company they use for the aluminum work does excellent work, but they do not have the same customer focus that Canadian Roofing does. There were a few issues with them, but again Jason and Bill dealt with these very well and took responsibility where needed. I would highly recommend Canadian Roofing for any roofing job. Their customer focus is exceptional and they were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

I have a fairly typical 100 year old Toronto semi with a roof that was in need of replacement. I was not yet experiencing any leaks, but the shingles were worn, flashing was missing around the chimney and the open metal valley was completely corroded. Canadian Roofing handled my re-roof flawlessly. Bill came to review the property himself when he prepared his estimate. After going up on my roof he informed me there was not only 2 layers of shingles, but below that the original cedar shakes. The challenge for this project was more the removal of all this old roofing material from a tight urban site with no front yard than the fairly straightforward installation of the new roof. I received 3 estimates from reputable companies and Canadian Roofing was in the middle. I elected to go with them because Bill gave me confidence the job would be carried out properly; with the appropriate level of care and attention to detail. In the end, they put a double crew on my roof to ensure it would be complete in 1 day. There was always good communication with Bill and his team as we arranged possible installation dates and coordinated with the weather. Great experience overall.

We are quite happy with the work done by Canadian Roofing Company. We contracted them to install a new flat-roof system and coordinate that work with spray-foam attic insulation by Callrich Eco Services, a company they recommended. On removing several layers of old roofing material, they found our chimney brick had decayed and the wood rafters underpinning our cornice overhang were rotted. With the attic exposed, they called in a mason to rebuild the chimney and a carpenter to replace the rafters and framing. These two trades worked alongside the insulators to complete the reconstruction work in one day, enabling Canadian's crew to close the roof and finish the job before the next snowfall. They took longer than we expected to start the job, but were worth the wait. Dealing with Canadian was a pleasure.

Canadian Roofers were excellent on all counts: quality of work, responsiveness, courtesy, and promptness. They left the job site immaculate and communicated throughout the process. The job was completed on time and on budget. We would highly recommend their services.

Jason gave us a comprehensive assessment and his team executed a pro installation of our new roof. Our questions were always answered in a timely manner, whether immediately by phone or soon thereafter, and the work was completed on time and on budget. Definitely the best experience we have had with any contractor!

Large flat roof for single detached house, it is not well sloped, so the last contractor did a really bad job, it was in really bad condition for 4 years only. so many wet wood inside and leaking. I call jason for estimate, not the cheapest i got quoted, but fair price. Oh, well, i did caught the snow on time, so steve did took extra time to finish up my roof. I ends up with brand new roof and skylight, excellent job. I will definitely call them again in spring when i have to do my shingles.
